Never in my whole history of renting have I come across more incompetent and irresponsible real estate agents. The allow the breakage of multiple rules and do nothing at all to assist in damages or distress caused by them.

Worst year of my renting life.

This place is super hard to find because the building it's in is so subtle but once you're in the atmostphere is relaxed and beautiful, I went with a big group of friends and we all got served promptly and attentively, between us we ordered everything on the menu and every single one of us were well impressed, the food is not only veg*an but wholefood and nutritionally sound, it makes you feel good eating there. Would go back any time.

One of only three Indian Restaurants in Victoria that I really truly love, I am addicted to Malai Kofta, the cheese and potato balls are so soft and tasty and the curry is creamy, flavourful and perfectly spice and matched perfectly with Garlic and Coriander Naan, the Coriander adding that extra bit of greatness to the meal, inside the establishment is quite beautiful with nice bench cushions to sit on, always a bollywood movie playing to keep you entertained, outside is just out on the street but is still always nice on a warm night! The staff are extremely pleasant and remember frequent visitors, the reward card is quite good too!

Best Japanese food I've ever had, definitely worth the cost, my friend and I shared the tempura and sushi plate and they were absolutely delicious, the caramelised eggplant sushi was something I'd never tried before and I was so very impressed, the atmostphere is relaxed and they staff are wonderful and attentive without being pushy

I used to go to this place for breakfast - eggs all the time and the food was always hit and miss, sometimes it was utterly fantastic, other times it was just average, the food nor the service have ever been bad and they certainly make great fries!

I love this place! The wait staff are always on the ball but sometimes have difficulties understanding orders, and the restaurant itself if quite small but the food makes up for it 100% they have the best vegetarian Mexican food I've ever tasted and I've been everywhere! Everything tastes fresh and flavourful, portions are big, easily shareable, would definitely recommend!

I don't have the vocabulary to express how much I love this place! The food is absolutely exceptional, I've eaten every single dish that I'm not intollernt to on the menu! They also hosted my engagement party and designed my own set menu for me, even though it was below their usual budget limit! They made the night extremely special and as always everything was beautiful!

For a new place they have it working really well, staff are well trained and friendly, menu is delicious and food came out quick, my burger was absolutely divine! would recommend to anyone!

This is a very fun cinema to go to! I absolutely loved the choice of snacks as there were some more unusual choices which were great snacks but also not as dehydrating or sickening as the usual. The chairs were comfortable, screen and sound were great, the staff were attentive, overall a very good experience, especially for adults!

Pizzas are very average for the price, you may as well go to pizza hut and get something, but the atmosphere is really nice and the staff are great, food came out quickly and the waitstaff was attentive.
