The drive through gets really congested and when its really busy you can sit for up to 10 mins waiting to get your food. I found it really annoying that the drinks and ice chocolates had been made prior to me getting to the collection part of the drive through after being stuck in the queue for 10 mins, the ice had melted and the cream in the iced chocolate had started to melt and look really unappetising. I also ordered a large burger meal telling them several times that please do not put mayo on the burger, get home and it didn't just have mayo, it was drenched in it! Wasn't happy and it was too far away to drive back and complain. The service is ok, but they really need to smile instead of looking glum and not even looking at you!

This store is amazing! Its 80% food in store, they have brand names and bulk deals. This week they had 24 Magnum ice creams for $5!!!! $5!!!! Its a real help towards the cost of living and their service is great, the check out girls are so polite, their website offers vouchers and you can be emailed deals etc, and if you like their facebook page and comment you can go in the draw to win a $100 voucher. You should really visit this place! It also sells New Zealand food :D

Took my car to see these guys and they only took an hour to have a look at the faulty transmission, they gave me bad news and told me I would have to spend $2500 to get the transmission fixed, they were really nice about it and didn't charge me for the transmission check-up. Pretty down to earth guys, quick and polite.

I visited this store and was really disapointed in their service, I went through the check out with my daughter in her pram, I put a shirt through the self service and it started saying that assistance was required because it didn't weigh the right amount. The young girl came over and checked my bags and held up a pair of baby socks that had caught on to the folded shirt I put through, she held it up to me and gave me a dreadful look as though to say I was trying to steal it, instead of letting me get on with it she stood their and put all my items through herself, I felt humiliated and she even stayed as I paid for it. I have never been treated in such away before, I didn't realise the socks had been put through with the shirt, why on earth would I want to steal a pair of $2 socks??? I will never go through self serve again. I wish I had to complained about that kmart staff when I did.

Bought a pair of mens shoes from this store and a week later the soles came off, they were a cheap $30 pair of shoes but you'd hope they would have lasted longer than that, however i took them back, I only had the shoe box not the receipt, but they swapped the shoes for me so happy about that.

I visited this place as I saw a holiday on advertised on the window. I went in and sat down and started to talk to the lady about organizing it, she said she would get back to me, phone me in a days time and email me more information, she constantly answered phone calls whilst we were talking, in the end she said she was busy and wouldn't be able to go through the finer details till later in the week. The window sale only had a week to go and I still hadn't heard from her. I gave up after 4 weeks, if my business isn't good enough then I'll take it else where, I was going to pay over $3000 for a family holiday for three to the islands :( not happy

I didn't use this place before hand but I walked in and got an appointment straight away, I was looked after and had a lovely scalp massage, the lady doing my hair was focused on me and not talking away to someone else or just treating me like a number like some other places have. I was worried about the cost of the haircut as she used all these lovely smelling products on my hair and blow dried it. I had 2 inches cut off my really long hair and then had it layered, not to mention the shampoo and conditioning and scalp massage, blow drying etc....it cost me $32! Was a great experince

Have been quite a few times and their range is great, I always walk out with something different, and I always find bargains. Their staff are friendly and approachable.
They have just had their new renovations and everything looks amazing, its easy to find things and they have a whole new range in stock, I'm going back in this week :D

I have been to this restaurant 20 times or more and every time it delivers perfect meals, their takeaways are perfect too. The meat used is good meat, the portions are huge! and we usually take home doggy bags because there is so much on the plate, its value for money and their range is amazing, its Japanese, Malaysian, Thai, its all there! The first time I went there I tried the Japanese Teriyaki beef, my mouth felt like it had died and gone to heaven, its my favourite restaurant and the staff are so lovely, the chef pops out to see how your meal is and they are always smiling and wave you good-bye when you leave.

I never knew such a place existed till I walked past. They staff are great and always polite, their range of food is amazing, I had their purple sweet potato rice rolls and oh my gosh I have never tried something so morish! The prices are exceptional!
