THIS PIZZA PLACE STARTED OFF WELL HOWEVER LATELY I HAVE FOUND THERE IS NO QUALITY IN THE TOPPINGS AND THE BASES ARE RUBBISH. RECENTLY HAD A HOME DELIVERY AND CONSUMED ONE PIECE THEN THREW THE REST OUT. WE HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE A NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THEIR INCONSISTANCY IS ANNOYING. NEVER THE LESS THE MENU IS NOW IN THE BIN.

Having visited Gisborne Peak Winery for lunch I was quite disappointed. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating the pizza we had for lunch was not worth $16. The advertisment is a Wood Fired oven pizza very far from it when compared to the authentic italian wood fired oven. I thought the prices were outrageous and will not be returning.

Lunched at Minh Minh's over the weekend for a family birthday. It's been awhile since my last visit although I must say I was a little disappointed. I ordered the pork ribs which were a little dry and salty, following with the beef with chilli and lemongrass which I believe may have had a hint of msg.
The meals were ok but I have had better Asian cuisine. Sandy the owner is beautiful and the service was very good although Victoria Street has an abundance of Vietnamese and Chinese Restaurants I would not be inclined to return to Minh Minh's anytime soon.

I highly recommend Chloe's restaurant situated upstairs at Young and Jacksons Hotel. The fantastic range of dishes on the menu are mouthwatering although our waiter pointed us to the Express Lunch menu which offers a main meal, complimentary wine/beer, coffee/tea and a "Treat" We ordered the baramundi and eye fillet steak. The meal was that wonderful we couldn't stop talking about it and the "Treat" was a beautiful mini desert consisting of a cheesecake portion sitting upon a raspberry coulis topped with Chantilly cream and chocolate fairyfloss. The service was amazing and attentive, the decor and ambiance of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Chloe's is one of Melbourne's finest restaurants and we will definitely be returning.

I found a two for one special in the local paper that I used on the week-end. Having gone to the counter to place our meal orders, we were advised there were only a certain amount of dishes you could have under this offer, which was disappointing considering the amount of dishes on offer as a whole. We both chose the porterhouse steak with chips and salad. The steak was overdone and fatty, the chips were not your typical pub chips and the salad looked like a four year old threw it together. We have eaten at this establishment before and vowed to never return again. With this latest gastronomical disappointment, I can only same the same ta ta Golden Fleece nice knowing you.

We have dined in at Red Pepper and the pizza seems to be a lot better than the home deliveries. We have also had home delivery and unfortunately they really need to pick up their game. They never tell you how long it will be and when they do the delivery times are way out there. They have trouble getting and maintaining drivers and on one particular occasion we had to call up and ask where our delivery was as we had been waiting for nearly an hour and a half and then told us they had no record of the order being placed. I asked to speak to someone in charge and the night manager wouldn't even get on the phone and basically left the young new girl to cop the wrath. It's such a shame as this place has so much potential but we have now ripped up their menu. Red Pepper needs to get a grasp on the meaning of customer service and try and hold onto your delivery drivers.

I've had my hair done at Creative Edge a number of times and it is one of the best hairdressing salons that Melton has to offer. I usually have my hair done by Eileen, she gives great service, great colors and cuts and the prices are very reasonable. Done are my days of $200 hair cuts.

We thought we would drop into Macs Hotel for a bistro lunch on Sunday as we hadn't been there for about a year. Sooooo disappointed with our meals. My husband ordered the Barammundi Fillets and I ordered the Veal Scallopini. I think I have been put off veal for life. I could buy better in a supermarket. The quality of the veal was terrible every bite felt like I was chewing on Grissel and the meal was cold when it came to the table. I tried my husbands fish and it tasted like cardboard. The hotel did the right thing and refunded me for the veal dish. The service was great and the staff were apologetic and accommodating to offer me another meal. I was reluctant to order anything else because the cook, and I mean cook, not a chef, must have been having a bad day. Then again the responsibility of the quality of meat and fish the hotel orders for the patrons meals really needs to be seriously looked at, won't be going back anytime soon. Next time we will go back to Stones at least this restaurant is consistent and serve quality meals.

We have had a couple of pizza home deliveries from Rubys. The very first one which was a while ago was really good. The last two we have had really need improvement. I don't understand why they place massive amounts of tomato on their bases it make the pizza really sloppy and they need to cook them a little longer especially when you have salami as one of the toppings. We also order their schnitzel parmas that are really good although when you ask for chips instead of the garlic potatoe stuff they have, your told "we don't do chips". What place doesn't cook chips for crying out loud, anyway I hope they read this because we won't be ordering from them again.

Attended the Queenscliff Hotel for the first time for lunch with hubby, mum and dad in-law. The food and service was wonderful and the surroundings were beautiful. This establishment has been around since the mid to late 1800's. As soon as you walk in it feels like you are going back in time.
Highly recommend the restaurant for a casual drink or sumptuous meal.
