I was a bit put off by the "healthy Food" signs around this shop. So I didn't go in for quite some time. I was eager for a nice breakfast roll with egg, and sick of the fast food take away stuff. So I tired their egg sandwich. It had Eggs, baby spinach, tomato, and spicy mayonnaise. It was lovely. I have been a number of times now, the service is great, the burgers are very tasty.

I went to Nelson Bay perused the local shops. I went into this jewellers saying to my girlfriend "gee it looks expensive". The owner overheard me and stated that it wasn't as expensive as it looked. He then went out the back to do some jewellery work, ignoring us completely. I noticed a pair of earrings that I have been after for a while. I wanted to ask the owner how much, but he never looked up, so we left. I went to many Jewellery stores around my local area (Blacktown) and nobody had anything like them.
So I hunted down the name of the Bayside Jewellers in Nelson Bay, called their number and a lovely lady answered named Elisha. After explaining where to look she found the earrings and I paid for them, she posted them to me FOC, and I received them the next day. We had a great chat on the phone, Elisha knows about customer service and does it well. The shop looks expensive on the outside (which is something I if I was the owner would look into) and I would highly recommend the store. Well done Eilsha.

Mostly good service. Tend to be slow at times and not care how many people are waiting. The lady on the lottery counter can be a bit abrupt at times.

Pharmacists are always helpful and easy to understand (no overly medical terms). Staff are great as well. Some weekend staff could learn to smile more, overall excellent service

Justin is very gentle, explains everything and I feel so much better, as do my family, afterwards. No bone cracking here

I go to the McCafe regularly and the service and quality is always excellent. Lyn, the Cafe Manager, I pleasant, efficient and a great people person. a lot of people are regulars and she remembers their orders.

I have had excellent service from the mechanics here. They are always polite, explain everything, and priced well. My daughter recently bought a second hand car and thought her timing belt was due for renewal (90,000 service). The mechanic pulled the engine apart and saw that the belt had already been done, saving her $500-$600. She was only charged for the service, and that was very reasonable. I have had my car serviced there many times and am very happy with the service and attitude of the mechanics.

This is a local servo, with groceries and good prices for petrol. The staff are helpful and they have bbq gas as well at a good price ($19). They keep up with the petrol prices around the area.
