This is the greatest. I was referred by a relative and didn't think much about it at the time. However, it is an invaluable site. I have been able to research businesses with opinions from real people not just website referrals which I am always dubious about. The best one yet was for a carpet cleaner top marks best service yet. Also it is good to sometimes find out if you are being a little too critical or maybe expecting too much a little bit like a reality check which is good to do now and then.

A great place for morning tea. We called in while we were waiting for friends and found Zarraffa's in the mall. The coffee was very much to our liking and the desserts were plentiful and varied. Service was prompt and friendly so much so we were made to feel like long standing customers. It was a pleasure to be there.

Great little waterfront take away, or eat in. Food is always freshly cooked, service is pleasant and speedy. Nothing is a problem. The eat in is nothing out of the box aesthetically but our favourite fish and chips is out of the paper sitting at the tables at the front of the shop chatting with other patrons, or walking across the road to the Park where you can usually find a seat to look over the bay while you eat. Very pleasant Sunday afternoon.

Very disappointing. We wanted a fresh seafood meal and when we arrived at about 11.30 am we had to stand in line like cattle waiting to be milked. Unless you knew exactly what you wanted before you got to the front of the line you were treated with disdain. After seeing this happen to a couple of people in front of us we decided to opt out and buy some seafood in the adjacent shop. What a mistake, they are so expensive we decided to give the whole thing a miss and found a coffee shop where we had a snack on the way home. To be fair they are undergoing renovations but customers should be given a little more consideration

My wife went to a function and ended up with a 20 year social Membership for $1. We were out that way and decided to call in for a meal on the way home. To our surprise the food was well above the norm for RSL standard and the service was great, pleasant, fast and friendly, couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely visit again.

I am not the most techo person when it comes to mobile phones and the service this business gives is second to none. I originally went there about 4 years ago to see if I could get a mobile that would work with my handsfree car kit - they went to a great deal of trouble to work this out for me which included the owner bringing several mobile phones to my car in the car park and testing to see which one would work best. Since then I have gone back to upgrade my mobile phones on a further 2 occasions and have not been disappointed. Nothing is a trouble and the customer is made to feel very valuable.

Nice little spot for a good coffee with lunch. The menu is varied and very fresh, plenty of salads, toasties, lasagne, mousaka and as many sweet treats as you could desire. They also carry an extremely good Greek Yoghurt which can be combined with a tub of their fresh fruit salad. Seating is either sidewalk or inside, the service is quite speedy and very pleasant.

Called in to get my BBQ gas bottle exchanged. Found them to be the best price for exchanging gas bottles. While I was there I decided to have a bit of a look around. The staff are really helpful and happy, there is a fantastic product range as you would expect. The store is uncluttered and fairly well laid out with appropriate signage. I would imagine you would be hard put not to find what you were looking for. I was most impressed and will certainly visit again.

What a treasure trove. I took along a bag of well read paperbacks for credit and was amazed at the value I received. I was able to select several hardcover and paperbacks in return. Additionally I can get a return credit on these books as well. There are 1000's to choose from and the categories are endless. If you are a reader then this is the place to go for your books.

My Dr recommended me to Results Physio treated me for arthritis in my neck and shoulders. Parking was relatively easy I didn't have to trek to get to their rooms from the parking area. I had to wait a little longer than the appointed time, however when I was given such a thorough check out I did not feel dissatisfied. If every person is given such thorough attention I imagine it would take a little extra time. Not only was the treatment thorough but the advice for home activities to assist with my problem was just as thorough.
