We recently stayed in a cabin at Karrinyup Waters Resort while over in WA visiting relatives.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom family unit without a verandah. It was myself, my husband and our 10yr old son. The layout was very functional with the main living area/lounge/kitchen as you walk in the front door, then a short hallway with a bunk bed on one side and the bathroom on the other and a separate bedroom at the back. There was a tv in the main area and also the bedroom. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was functional with a full-size fridge, crockery, and appliances, and the shower was a fabulously large size. There was a carpark for one car and the cabin had nice cold air conditioning. Very happy with our cabin for the week that we stayed.
The facilities at the resort were excellent! The KW Cafe had plenty of delicious food choices and 2 eating areas onlooking either the pool or the playground. The pool area was a highlight, with two different pools and a large spa, it also had plenty of sun lounges to go around. It also had a couple of play areas and a large bouncing pillow for the kids.
Staff were friendly and accommodated any needs, even though they had a full house and were very busy in the office.
We would definitely return to this park.

I visited this winery purely to get some of their lovely Barossa Tower Moscato wine. I waited patiently while a bus of tourists finished their tasting experience, but once they had cleared out and I had approached the counter it was a good 10minutes before I was served. I felt quite ignored, they didn't even acknowledge me being there. The moscato is very nice, if not slightly more expensive than other brands, but I am willing to pay more for something I really like. But the customer service left the experience not so nice.

My mum and I decided to pop in here for dinner on our way to a concert at the Entertainment Centre. We entered into the restaurant and looked for someone to show us to a table. We requested to sit outside, being a pleasant night, the waitress said she would bring out the menus. We waited outside at our table for 15-20mins and still had no menus. I went in again and grabbed my own menus from the counter. We chose what we wanted and waited another 10mins for the table service that they promised, still nothing. So I went inside, ordered meals/drinks and paid. The waitress who took our order said that it was table service, and I told her we had not had any service since arriving 1/2 hr ago! The food was ok, the garlic bread came out after our main pasta meals. Was a nice atmosphere but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

My husband and I had dinner here on our weekend away at Wallaroo, staying in the attached apartments. The menu was quite varied and the place seemed quite popular. I ordered grilled fish with chips/salad and my husband ordered a seafood plate with chips/salad. They were delivered to our tale in a timely fashion and tasted great! None of the seafood was over-cooked and the salad was fresh and yummy. We also ordered a couple of desserts to share (churros and pineapple pudding), both delectable. They also had plenty of drinks specials. It was a bit cold to sit outside, but the decking area looked lovely, with a beautiful view onto the marina.

My husband and I stayed here on the weekend as a special night away for our wedding anniversary. The building is quite impressive with immaculate views of the marina. Our welcome at the reception area was polite, but we weren't given a lot of information about the apartments or the local area (such as where we could go for a meal or local sights, etc). Our room also had amazing views and was a reasonable size, with a queen bed and sofa bed, large screen tv, fridge, microwave, plenty of cupboard space and roomy bathroom. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of our room. It needed a bit of a vacuum, the bench was sticky, the microwave needed a wipe out, the bathroom mirror was splattered and the toilet was dirty - even though it had a 'cleanliness seal' on it. But in saying this, I am a known 'neat-freak'. We have advised reception of these items on our feedback form. The location of the apartments is quite serene and we would probably stay here again if in the area.

We flew with Tigerair on our recent trip to Melbourne. Everything ran very smoothly and check-in was easy enough. Our flights were all on time and they were very cost effective. My only issue was the lack of professionalism of some of the staff, both on the plane and in the terminal. While on the plane and doing cross-check/safety talk they were laughing with each other in a very childish manner. Also at the Tigerair terminal while we were waiting to check in for our flight home, a passenger (who was late for his flight) abused one of the desk staff, while I do not condone the passengers immature swearing and abuse, the desk staff rallied him up, made inappropriate comments and laughed him out of the terminal clapping their hands. I thought this extremely unprofessional, especially with all us other passenger there to observe this scene.

We stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to Melbourne trip. The customer service was excellent! The desk staff were very helpful and efficient. We had a standard twin room and it was more than sufficient to our needs. Comfortable beds (with the option of having our room made up each day), a television on the wall with numerous free movies playing, a nice shower and bathroom. Apart from the bathroom area being quite small, everything else was perfect. The staff even stowed our luggage safely after check out so we could wander baggage-free for a bit before we needed to fly out.
Perfect location, right across from the Spencer Street Station (+ outlet mall) and a short walk to Southbank and the free city-circle tourist tram.

While visiting Melbourne, we decided to have dinner here. The outdoor dining area was fantastic, with a lovely view of the river and outdoor heaters for warmth. The meals were a bit pricey, but we thought that's what you pay for such a nice location. We arrived and seated ourselves outside, went in and ordered our meals and drinks and sat happily socialising while we waited. The bartender made me a beautiful cocktail, when I couldn't decide what to order, it tasted amazing! The meals were not very flavoursome and my chicken parmi was quite dry. Halfway through eating our meals, we were told we would have to move as soon as we had finished as there was a private function taking up the outdoor dining area...we felt it was a bit rude and we were rushed to finish our meals. There were numerous occasions we could have been warned of this prior to getting our meals, but were not.
This marred our dining experience at this restaurant and our night out. Better customer service would be advantageous.

If you want amazing desserts, this place has them!!! YUM! Their extensive menu has something to please everyone and we were more than happy with our desserts. We ordered 3 different desserts and some shakes. They were of high quality and we didn't have to wait long. Only downside is the 'cash only', but ATM's are very close if needed. The decor is cute retro and had a great atmosphere with table service. Highly recommended!

While visiting in Melbourne, my Mum and I visited this store 3 times over 3 days at breakfast time. Each time we ordered the same thing: 2 x pieces of raison toast and x hot chocolates. The first time we got 2 pieced of toast but only one hot chocolate, the second time we got 1 piece of toast and 2 hot chocolates, but thankfully, by the third time our order was correct!
Quite polite customer service and professional baristas, but maybe they should consider repeating the order back to the customer to prevent above instances.
The hot chocolate tasted fantastic and we did like it there, hence returning 3 times! :)
