used n reviewed years ago - see above, needed a unit for an elderly family member and went where I'd tried before. they were polite, professional and really did an amazing job. The unit is working perfectly in the winter - would definitely continue recommending.

This should have a huge range of things that no one would even realised could have such a range..
From cheap through to top end... they have everything you could ask for.
I bought gifts for family there, and have also had people buy me items from there and all parties were happy with the range, the specials and the staff...

A hidden gem that's definitely worth a visit!!!

Perfect for a coffee, an awesome burger and the cakes and muffins are to die for (I usually get a couple of extra and take them back to Sydney as the kids love them).

On top of the great food, the staff here are a pleasure to deal with, always polite and the chef really knows her stuff...

Well worth checking it out if you're in the area during their opening hours (7am to 3.30pm, mon - fri) - it's in a business area so that explains the hours.

These guys installed a Fujitsu unit in my house and it has run faultless for the last 4 years.
I had a friend ask me for a recommendation and I had no hesitation in putting these guys forward. Got a phone call from my friend a few days later telling me that they were great to talk to, honest and he's going ahead with the order as they've offered a great price.

these guys are great. Always cuts my hair as described and never any issues.
Open normal westpoint hours which is great for weekends etc.

I don't even demand a particular hairdresser there as they all know their stuff

They sell everything from seeds and potting mixes to landscape bricks and fruit trees.

My younger brother did drum lessons with Andrew and I have to say he was great. He's not a text book teacher but one that you can tell has learnt through his passion for music, and even though my brother doesn't have his own drum kit at home he even taught him different exercises he can do at home to practice until he gets his own. We're thinking of an electronic kit as the volume won't be much of an issue then.
Andrew (the teacher) does both drum and guitar lessons - my brother did drum lessons, but I happened to see Andrew in action teaching guitar also and his knowledge shined through there as well.

A confident and dedicated teacher offering a great service. I believe he even offers a mobile service as well which might be worth asking about.

Well worth a look at the site and a phone call if you're interested. Highly recommended in my books.

The Beer Factory staff are helpful and they know what they're talking about, the beer is great value but there is one issue... You're supposed to keep it in the fridge.. Finding a way to store 6 cases worth of beer can be a bit hard, best to split it with a friend I think.

That said it's a great concept and for the constant beer drinkers (like me) it's pretty good.

The room had everything it needed but wasn't the most beautiful place I've been. Not bad for the price though.

One of the towels in the room had a rather long hair on it, so I went and got replacements from the front desk.
One of the replacements also had a large hair on it.

Something minor, but not what you want to see when you're about to wipe your face.

I have recently done some major work around the garden at home which included everything from removing plants, planting new plants and bringing back to life some old run down ones.

Having stopped in on MANY occasions here to buy tools, plants, potting mix and everything in between, I have to say I am more than happy with the customer service here.

At busy times the staff are a bit hard to come by, but they all seem to know their stuff.

I don't bother going to our well known hardware store for plants anymore, I head straight to these guys...
