Excellent place to have a birthday party for 3-5 year olds. Our kids love it! I also visited Lollipop other locations and all of them were simply great.

Purchased iPad Mini 64GB from them 3 weeks ago. It was meant to be Christmas present for my wife. Waited for 2 weeks, no response from them whatsoever. Contacted customer service department. Waited another week, received email today notifying me that the item will be delivered wwithin 1-4 weeks!!! Trying to cancel the order now but it's not as easy as it seems. VERY disappointed!

Best ever customer support! (sorry Kogan ...) Buzzgadgets.com.au is the only online store in Australia where I managed to find the PAL version of Panasonic DMC-FZ200 for a reasonable price. The main thing is the honesty of the customer support team. At first, I accidentally purchased the NTSC version, but they have contacted me to confirm if NTSC is what I really needed which was excellent and saved me lots of troubles. Thanks guys!
