I subscribed to this newsletter to get ideas and info on organising my home. The newsletter has lots of great hints, tips and info from other readers as well as the lady Maria herself. It's American based so of course all their seasons are backward but I find this a really useful and interesting tool for improving my home organisation and sanity. Best of all - it's free and they don't sell off your email address to spammers.

These guys are slightly expensive so I tend only to go here for special occasions.
They specialise in yummy deserts and ATMOSPHERE! The tables inside are private, cosy and dim - perfect for that romantic evening. Or outside are more tables set amongst a small winding jungle rainforest. This is one place you definately shouldn't miss.

The staff at this clinic are what makes all the difference. They are always polite, pleasant and professional. They are very easy to deal with and usually manage to offer me an appointment on the same day. There is a choice of doctors and also a sister available to do the tricky jobs you hadn't planned on - removing a bee sting from the back of your neck that you got picking the kids up from school for example...

Went here for tea with 2 friends. One of the friends got very ill from what we suspect was the prawns in her seafood pasta. We rang Cafe Nova straight away to report the situation so they could remove that batch before anyone else got sick. The person on the phone was completely uninterested and seemed surprised that we wanted him to remove that dish before someone else got sick. His exact words were "Food poisoning? Huh. That hardly ever happens to us. Usually only in summer." He proceeded to offer us a meal voucher for the next night to make up for our bad meal. Needless to say we declined the offer and advised him that there wasn't the slightest chance we would consider eating there again - free or not!

I tried this shop because it has won awards for its chips. As far as I can tell the chips are fairly average but what keeps me coming back are the burgers! A burger with the lot is stuffed so tall you can barely fit it in your mouth. The staff are polite and will serve you straight away but because this place is so popular you sometimes have to wait awhile for your food.

Nervous about my first tattoo I entered this shop with trepidation only to find it clean, well lit and with comfy couches to sit on while the friendly and helpful girls answered my every question. Such a long way from the dirty, dimly lit back alley shop I was expecting! The process itself was easy and the end result exactly what I wanted. They also do piercings. Id especially recommend these guys for first timers as they made the whole process relaxing, easy and pleasant.

Not only did this guy come right to my house he called me to let me know he was running 15mins late! He took the time to ask if there were any problems or things I wanted him to look at before starting the service.
Afterwards he went through his notes one by one with me making sure I understood (I don't speak car) and warning me what will probably need doing by next time although the parts were fine for now. The price was excellent and the car has been running great since. This is one of those businesses I almost didn't review because they are so good and I'd rather not have them too swamped with new business to come out to me next time. :)

I entered the waiting room to wait for my small child already in with the dentist (and her mother). The huffy receptionist didn't want me to wait there if I wasn't seeing the dentist myself and seemed to disbelieve my assertion that my child was already in there. After milling around the entry area for awhile to escape the receptionists glare I discovered I could walk straight in to the treatment rooms without even passing the waiting area. Not the most secure set up. The dentist seemed competant although not terribly good with children. Overall the experience didn't leave me eager to return there.

Went to these guys for back and neck pain. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and make sure you are well informed on the various styles of treatment they use. Even with a set appointment time I would sometimes find myself waiting 30-45 minutes to be seen though which is very annoying. Pleased to say they helped with my pain and movement issues and I haven't needed to go back.
