First, the bed is great. Great support and comfort. Definitely less aches and pains for the arthritis. Less wakings and shifting and easier to crawl out of bed in the morning.
The delivery was bungled but Ergoflex came through swiftly and got it sorted promptly. Customer service has been all aces. Definitely recommend. Good night, I'm going to bed. :)
