Burnett Regional Funeral Services provided exceptional service to our family at our time of need. Fred and Shirley and their staff were dedicated, compassionate, and sensitive to our needs. They exceeded all of our expectations in terms of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. It is such a distressing time for loved ones, and using Burnett Regional Funeral Services went a very long way to alleviating a lot of the usual pressures on our family members. This meant we were able to focus on honouring our wife and mother, and grieve her loss, whilst Shirley and Fred took care of everything else. Our sincerest thanks to them and their staff. Burnett Regional Funeral Services always go above and beyond and I would recommend their services to anyone. They are caring, thoughtful, respectful, helpful, professional and organised. They handled the funerals for both my Pop and my Great Nana and we couldn't have had better funeral directors than Fred and Shirley. The service sheets were beautiful and everything from the public funeral notices to the flowers were handled with excellence.
