I contacted Alice at Nappy Lane at the recommendation from a friend when I was 7 months pregnant. Alice was a delight from our first consultation. She was thorough in explaining the different kinds of MCN and the washing procedure especially for a first time mum!! And her suggestion of starting with a "new born kit" was perfect. Alice visited on numerous occasions to ensure I had no issues with fitting the MCN given my bub was premmie. Once bub grew out of the new born MCN, Alice recommended we continue with the hire of a infant pack. This provided bub, my partner and I the opportunity to trial a whole variety of MCN to see which ones worked best for us before we purchased. By the time the trial period was over we had decided which MCN were for us!! Alice again was very helpful in her suggestions on what would be the best options for us taking into consideration our preferences, night and day MCN and quick dry options. Since purchasing our own kit we haven't looked back!! Alice at Nappy Lane has made the experience of using MCN simple, easy and friendly.

I contacted Nappy Lane via Facebook when I was looking for some reusable swim nappies. I was a couple weeks off heading to QLD for a beach holiday last November when my boy/girl twins were around 19 months old. The summer before, I had hated using disposable swim nappies and the reusable neoprene variety, which I always found hard to get on and off them. I was after something really easy to use and more comfy for my twins. I bought the Swimtots from Alice and they have been great all summer, very easy to get on and off and dry quickly enough for a second swim. I appreciate that Alice did not advise me to buy spares when I asked about it. Just one pair for each of them is all I have needed. Alice was really helpful and I received them very quickly, with plenty of time before our holiday. I find retail shopping with my kids challenging so I was really pleased with the online experience. It's all been really simple.

Alice at Nappy Lane was very helpful & friendly. I was so overwhelmed by all the different brands, this was the most cost effective solution to see which nappy fit best. Alice asked loads of questions to find the best style to suit my needs. She had a great selection & went thru them all. Once i got started Alice answered all my questions, even the silly ones, very promptly & offered solutions to any queries I had. Alice was not strict with timing & extended my hire period when my bub was unwell, which was awesome. When crunch time came to purchase i was still undecided & Alice helped me make a final decision on purchases & informed me of sales coming up also, which saved me lots. I would absolutely recommend nappy lane as a great way to introduce yourself into MEN'S. Thanks Alice for all your help.

I hired a nappy trial pack from Nappy Lane because I was overwhelmed with the options. Alice was very helpful and asked me lots of questions to make sure she could tailor a pack that best suited me and my bub. When the nappies arrived Alice went through all everything over the phone with me and was always happy to answer questions. When I was ready to purchase, everything was very easy and prompt - even over the Christmas/New Year period! I would definitely recommend Nappy Lane.

Alice from Nappy Lane provides an amIng service, the knowledge and experience about cloth nappies is second to none. Saved us so much in the long run as we were able to trial a great range and find something that fitted our bub and needs best. Alice of Nappy Lane provided an excellent service. She tailored the nappy package to suit my specific needs; and I thought the price for hiring the nappies was exceptionally good. The nappies were all of a high quality and the hire period of 3 weeks was a good timeframe to trial and choose my favourite nappies. Alice provided a very thorough consultation at the start of the hire period providing tips on how to best use the different nappies. I didn't purchase nappies as I am 'just a doting aunty' at this stage of my life. But I did come away from the market stall with a bundle of other treats for the small people in my world (including cot sheets, a spotty change mat, a striped muslin wrap and a little swimmer nappy). I was buying based on how cute everything was but the kids parents said was it was not only cute but good quality and useful - three ticks for gifts. Thanks.

We have been stoked with our nappies. The service provided was fantastic. Alice was extremely helpful and provided lots of great advice. The trial kit is a fantastic way to figure out what works best for your baby. We had our trial kit for several weeks, and made a few changes along the way as we narrowed down which nappies we liked best. Alice was always very accommodating and went out of her way to help us. We would highly recommend using MCNs and in particular, Nappy Lane.

I contacted Nappy Lane to find out more about modern cloth nappies. Because there are so many different types available I found it hard to know which one was right for me. Alice supplied me with lots of different brands and came over to my house to explain them all to me. She was also available via email and phone when I had questions along the way. After my 3 week trial I knew which nappies I wanted to buy and Alice reworked my customised package about 4 times, because I had trouble making up my mind. I cannot recommend Nappy Lane highly enough - it was a great service for me and I'm still very happy with the nappies I ended up buying at a discounted price.

Ali's advice and the newborn hire kits were invaluable in the first few weeks of motherhood, which can be overwhelming. Now my baby is 10months old I find the 'tots bots' brand reliable and the easiest to wash, dry and fold.
