We have been extremely happy with the whole process of purchasing solar energy. All contact with United Solar has been great and all the staff have been very helpful & polite. Communication has been 1st rate, we are unable to fault the service. We could not speak more highly of the insulation team that arrived this morning. All four were polite & friendly. They were efficient and left the place clean & tidy after completion of the job. It has been a very pleasant experience, thank you all that we have dealt with.

We were not actively into the market to install solar but by a chance meeting with Jordan we quickly realised it was to our advantage to adapt to solar. The process was consultative and United Solar quickly helped us progress our application and to utilise Government solar subsidies and before long Josh was installing the solar system. Great jexperience from sale to install, highly recommend United Solar.

I was in the market for a solar system and had got plenty of quotes from different company salespeople over the phone and yes the quotes were cheap and I found out why because they were using cheap product and they were giving cheap promises. After speaking with Anthony and getting a quote I realised I was getting an honest opinion and reliable information which saved me money in the long run and gave me a reliable system. Thankyou Anthony and United solar energy my powerbill has been reduced by over 70% and I am paying off my system for less than I payed synergy. Finally I win if the price of power goes up. We haven't had the system installed yet, so cannot comment on timelines or quality. However, the customer service with Anthony Lentini was excellent. The initial discussion lasted almost 2 hours. Anthony was fluent, knowledgeable, patient and very personable. He made it feel like a much less formal discussion. We had second thoughts due to financial stress a few days later. Anthony sorted things out for us over a phone call. He was super helpful, understanding and compassionate. We were really glad we got him as our consultant. Thank you Anthony! Your company certainly is lucky to have you on board.

I can't recommend more Lucas and the team back in United Solar Energy Office. Very professional, very informative. I can't be happier with all the process: 1. The information from Lucas who followed up with me from day 1 till post installation to ensure all completed. 2. Installation booked less than a week from my purchase meeting with Lucas. 3. Inspection completed less than a week after. 4. United Solar Energy took care of all supported documents to ensure my meter is registered for solar export which was completed in 4 days from inspection (!) 5. Got connected to the grid after 2 days (!!) 6. And in addition, my Victoria rebate was approved and paid in less than 2 weeks. Summary: End to end, the entire process took 3 &1/2 weeks. I am delighted! Don't think twice before selecting United Solar Energy, very reliable.

The whole process was pretty smooth, There was one issue but Lucas fixed it straight away. I've had the solar for a while and I haven't been disappointed with his estimations.

All good. They were quick and efficient. Only thing that was a bit unclear was explanations of how the inverter wi-fi connection works and how we monitor the solar system. The Delta inverter seems to be a solid unit, but software is hopeless. United included an Emberpulse monitoring system that was also confusing, but works well.

To the United Solar Energy team, It is impossible to fully express just how delighted I am with my solar adventure. My initial phone contact with the super pleasant staff, the friendly detailed comprehensive informative pre-installation consultation with Jacob and Lucas, the careful and thoughtful installation by Heath and his team (all my concerns were addressed and I was especially impressed that they placed protective material between the ladder and the roof guttering to prevent paint being scratched off), and of course the final very impressive result. Thank you.

Once I had expressed my interest in having solar panels fitted, I was contacted almost immediately by United Solar Energy. They were very efficient, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The installation was carried out by HMB who I would recommend to anyone for being on time and most helpful. Can't complain about anything!

A1++ I have read so many bad reviews and was expecting my solar experience to be difficult, thanks to United it was not the case. I was seeking a retailer for supply and installation of a solar power system for my home. Through an independent solar quoting service I had 3 requests for quotation, and one other quote which i had sourced myself. United response to my inquiry was prompt, they were the only ones who visited my home to inspect prior to quoting, the others did their quote using google earth to plan their panel layout, United staff were very helpful and not Hard Sell. installation was arranged with a short lead time. their customer service matched what other reviews had said A1. when I call them on most occasions the phone is answered and if not a return call has always been prompt. I would highly recommend

They have always been helpfull and even if they cant answer your question immediately they always get back to you quickly. Solar was installed quickly and so far with the Sun plan we still havn't had an electricity bill after 6 months.

Right from my first conversation with Mark I felt confident that United Solar were a professional company. I had spoken to other companies about Solar and did not feel the product they were offering stacked up. The office staff and installers at United Solar kept us informed all the way about what was happening and when. Even though we paid a little more for our system than some others were quoting. We got what we paid for. Proper components from reputable companies. I cannot recommend United Solar highly enough. If you want an inferior product installed by lesser qualified installers by all means go with the big advertisers. But if you want the job done properly the first time use United Solar.

I would not recommend this company. Headache after headache. Badly installed which caused water damage to my house. Had an inspection done by my insurance company and found damage tiles and PV isolater just sitting on the roof tiles which is unsafe. Still waiting for manager to organise repairs. Going to contact energy safe Victoria. Should not be in business.

This company is the best! I am a huge "research" person and contacted many companies on my solar agenda. Having had solar power before, I went into this with my eyes wide open. From the initial sales person Mark, to the owner Richard and their wonderful office contact Odessa they have all been hugely informative with advice and offered the best customer service by far. They use good quality products and the installers they sent did a great job. They were not the cheapest company, but that was not what I was looking for. I am in this for the long term. Another great thing was they have something new called a "Sunplan" which means I get FREE power when I need it. Well worth looking into this offer. Thanks for a great job and a special thanks to Odessa. She is so patient!

We used United Solar on a previous home about 3 years ago and were pleased with the product at the time. Since then they have improved the overall product which is a great achievement. Their pricing is not the lowest but their speedy response to our request for the initial quote and subsequent questions, general level of service and professionalism outweighed the cost difference.

Sales and Customer service, pre and post implementation have been fantastic. Communication has been easy, both by phone and email. Contracts clear and easy to read where necessary, with diagrams, not page upon page of needless fine print all in the same font.. Ability to sign contract electronically, rather than waste time in the mail is a bonus. The panels that were originally to be installed ( Trina ) were not available due to a supplier issue, but United offerred us Suntech 315w panels as an option rather than hold up the install any longer. We were happy with this, the Suntech's are just as good if not better. Install was rescheduled due to bad weather on the previous days job, but rather than make us wait they offered to do our install on a Saturday , instead of Friday. Even better, i didnt need to take a day off work :) Installers were friendly, turned up on time and did the job properly ( even called in an extra bloke half way through as it was a big job ) , and cleaned up after themselves. System is running well, our 5KW system is pumping out around 4900- 5100w in clear strong sun, right on spec. All in all a very happy customer.

In response to an online qotation sevice I was contacted by several solar installation companies qouting foir outer suburban, 4.5Kw, string, 2-story system. I took the time to review all quotes and discuss these quotations with the nominated representative. I felt more assured with Odessa from United solar than the other competing solar company reps. United also offered a good panel and a 260W panel was of interest. The instalation went smoothly and was completed as agreed, depite poor weather- no surprises! The two installers were pleasant and hrad at the job. Two great workers. While United were not the cheapest, rather more toward the higher I did feel confident with them. The package offerred with SUMO is also worth consideration. No horror stories with this instalation.

I was impressed with the sales and installation of our solar pv installation, however, after paying $140 for tilt frames so the panels would be aligned north, the panels were not tilted and are facing east on a virtual flat roof.

System installed Nov 2015. Happy to invest in a quality solar system that will save me money, installed by an accredited retailer with clean energy council, guaranteed production , day to day savings with many retailers etc. Installation team very efficient and identified the best location to install panels to maximise electrical generation. Great service finding cheaper energy supplier, although paperwork changing suppliers taking forever (weeks!). Miscommunication for invoice ('cash' - no payment plan) led to chasing of payment within hours, which was unexpected. Complaint very badly managed by management. Poor customer service from a senior Manager laying blame on sales employee, laying blame, challenging my experience, eventually putting phone down on me after what was considered to be too long a conversation (30 mins). Apparently buying solar up front is just like buying a car with cash, however this car 'will' get roadworthy in 1-2 weeks after payment, and the car can't be driven for weeks following purchase. terrible customer service. I have had to do a lot of chasing ( for electrical inspection, discounts, to get the system operational ). 18 Jan 2016: approx 2 months: system still not operational, no communication from United Solar Energy. No information on discount service to date. Maybe if I call again...

I recently came across an advert on facebook for united solar energy and decided to give them a try, I was very happy with the professional standard this company offers, from start to final installation we were guided all the way, the after sales service is outstanding also ,I was advised to install 12x3kw panels which will cover my usage efficiently, the electricians who installed our panels were polite & professional and the finished over all job looks amazing. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone. if you want no hassles, prompt, efficient ,competitive prices, helpful advise, and great after sales service,you can't go past united solar energy.

Quality is hard to determine as i haven't had a full bill yet. The service is great, the installer even replaced some tiles (that were already broken) whilst up on the roof! The product is more expensive than most, but the reliability of the company, the finance choices, and quality of install make it worthwhile
