Another new property and more excellent service from Pete and Vanessa. Pete is prompt and thorough and is someone who believes in old fashioned service. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with absolutely everything. We had him out to do our pest control spraying and a thorough termite check, post purchase of our new house. He'll be back to take care of that in a few weeks but in the meantime we are completely pest free. His products are environmentally friendly and safe for animals and humans. Honestly can't be beat. We've been using Pete for about 10 years now and gave him his very first review on Word of Mouth and I honestly wouldn't consider anyone else for pest and termite control.

My wife and I recently purchased a home after relocating back from Victoria. We were offered a Building and Pest Inspection service from our Real Estate during the purchase process. The Pest Inspection report cleared the home from having active termites but did locate old termite damage in the floorboards and advised the old termite barrier was no longer current. Based on the Pest Inspection results we proceeded with the purchase. After settlement, we opted to have a termite barrier treatment on our new home. The Termite King were recommended to us, and we felt a level of comfort in Peter’s 30 years experience. Peter advised that he couldn’t install a termite barrier without completing his own termite inspection, explaining he needed to see the property for himself before he could install a termite barrier that he could comfortably provide a warranty for. On the day, Peter used his thermal, radar and moisture machine during his inspection and imagine my horror when his machine went crazy over my floorboards! Peter urgently needed to inspect the subfloor. My heart levels increased when I showed him the location of the subfloor access traps – to find they had not been opened and were sealed. It was immediately obvious the previous Pest Inspector had not accessed the subfloor of my home. When Peter accessed the sub floor there was a significant amount of termite activity in the subfloor area including in the area that had been cleared as old damage. Peter’s meticulous inspection ensured that he identified the active termites and treated them accordingly. I had read The Termite King’s reviews and was sceptical that they could all be so good, but here I am writing another. When The Termite King state “when only the best will do and quality matters” believe it, that is exactly how they operate their business. I now have termite prevention on my home that I am comfortable is superior in quality and I look forward to dealing with The Termite King for all of my Pest Control needs in the future.

We were about to move into our house when we discovered termite damage inside. We were really concerned when we rang Vanessa. Pete and Vanessa were extremely helpful, rearranged their busy schedules, and Pete came out to meet us the same afternoon! He did a very thorough inspection lasting nearly 2 hours, and goes above and beyond. We have no hesitation in recommending The Termite King - very responsive and knowledgeable with great personal service, and we look forward to working with Pete for all our pest control needs.

Pete is the man who actually does the job, he doesn't outsource it or get some inexperienced person to treat your home, he treats your home like it's his own and will go the extra yards to make sure when he's done the job it's done right. We rang to book an appointment and from that first phone call to when Pete arrived, exactly on time, to do the job, we were very impressed. Pete obviously loves his business and job and is very thorough and explained what he was doing and was happy to spend time to chat and answer our questions. We would use him again (in fact we plan to in a couple of months to spray our sheds) and would recommend The Termite King to all our family & friends. Pete is a very professional, honest and reliable person. He treated my house 2 years ago for general pests + termites and has done 2 annual maintenance inspections since then. Every time he has done a great job. Even during his latest inspection, he replaced a broken roof tile and fixed a water leak in the roof for free. I will highly recommend Pete!

I recently had my coastal property sprayed with the never ended brigade of ants and spiders. Having young children, birds and a dog spraying around them needs a great deal is care. I have been delighted with Pete's service, he understood the value of my pets and i haven't seen an ant since. The amount of dead spiders around the next morning was amazing, if i had of known i had that many spiders i would have taken care of the problem allot early. Thank you Vanessa for your care, and understanding the appointment was done out of hours so i could be home for my pets. What s blessing, highly recommended!!

We purchased our property in 2011 and have been using Pete and Vanessa ever since. Pete does a thorough job and is a pleasure to deal with. When he came last week he had hurt his back but he still struggled through to get the job done for us, what a legend. As he was finishing up the kids were watching through the window and he even stopped to spray around our Landrover bumpers/mudguards where big spider webs had formed. Attention to detail!! Used them for 3 years now, initial termite prevention service followed by annual pest spray. Always reliable and comes when he's supposed to. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete. The house is pretty much bug free all year and we only get the outside sprayed! He checks for termites as well but I have never had them here.

Reliable and the treatment lasts! We didn't have termites but got a treatment done as a prevention. Now we get an annual check and pest spray. Pest spray is outside only but lasts us a good 5-6 months. Friendly service and you get a certificate saying it's been checked for termites.

I have been using the services of The Termite King for the past 4 years, I simply can't believe how wonderful they are. 3 other neighbours also use them and have eradicated termites with each of them. The first time we used them was for a barrier spray and a complete spray around the outside, firstly, a very thorough and complete inspection including checking each room and the roof cavity and around the outside before treatment started, Pete is such a pleasure to deal with, he explains what he is going to do and is full of knowledge if you need to ask any questions, Pete's wife Vanessa is also a delight to talk to either over the phone or via email. We keep our annual spray up to date and we don't have any problems with any spiders, ants, cockroaches or any other bugs, it's really fantastic. The products used are environmentally safe and when dry, usually the next day, it's safe to handle anything that's been sprayed without any worries as the products are completely safe for humans and pets. I was rather skeptical of all the glowing reviews for The Termite King. This guy simply could not be as good as people said. However, I am a believer now, and here is yet another glowing review. :) Peter found termites under pavers, which Rentokil would never have found with their visual inspections. He has 35 years of experience in this field and, with his special equipment, provides a service which is thorough and professional. Peter is personable and friendly. Vanessa is the warm, courteous and efficient office manager. Using this business would be a good decision for your property and your peace of mind.

I have had Peter out about four times over three different houses to treat for cockroaches, ants and mice. He explains thoroughly what bait/poison he has left and where. He makes a real effort to access all areas of the house (roof space, underneath floorboards, wall cavities, outside areas) no matter how difficult. He always turns up on time and never leaves a mess. I will continue to use Peters services.

They worked really hard to do a very thorough and professional job. They did their best to make it a price I could afford when it turned out they had to do a lot of extra work because my property had never been treated for termites. They are very obviously dedicated to doing a excellent job that will last and won't do a job if they don't feel they can do it to that standard. I'm glad that I got the treatment done when I did and that I got Peter and Vanessa to do it. Excellent service.

The one pesty I recommend to all friends & family. Extremely friendly service! Best part is when they know you have family pets and assure you that their pesticides are pet safe. Having spent 5 years renovating the house was well in need of a clean up. Pete has just got rid of all my spiders, all cockroaches, two huge white ant nests, the brown ants undermining my huge area of paving at the front and has also dealt with the rats that were in my roof. We had to postpone a couple of times due to the wet weather but this was because he wants the job to work. He is a pleasure to have working at the property, is really thorough. At last a pest inspector who gives a damn! I've gone through a few pest inspectors with our roof rat issues. Others just threw some bait on our roof and took our cash with no results. Peter was the first inspector to actually 'inspect' the property and try and find the cause of the issue and how the rats were getting in. Would highly recommend his services.

We were infested with brown ants, in every room in the house. After trying different methods used on the net without success, we turned to The Termite King. Peter arrived on time, and promptly sprayed the total perimeter, interior structures, garage, Exterior and even the roof. I didn't have a termite problem but brought the company in as the previous treatment had long expired. We have been getting our annual inspections and perimeter treatments through another company for many years. All I can say is what a waste of money! Peter is the first person to do a proper inspection and did locate termite damage and current activity overlooked by others. He is also a nice guy who is very respectful to your home. This is my second time utilising Pete and Vanessa's service, mainly to get rid of cockroaches and spiders. We got our house sprayed in December 2014, and there was a substantial reduction in the number of spiders and cockroaches - as far as I could tell. The effectiveness appeared to last for about 9 months (till about September-October 2015 as the warmer Perth Spring weather comes). Cockroaches and spiders start re-appearing in about October-November 2015 ... wife couldn't stand seeing the brown 'dirty' cockroaches crawling in garage as she made that trip to the chest freezer! ... It was time to call Pete again (December 2015), and eliminate the critters -- all done! So, problem solved, until next time.

The best part for me was there was no annoying pressurized sales tactics being used - what a relief! Peter has been doing my unit for three years now. Living near a large lake we get a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen, but since Peter has been spraying I have not seen one in 3 years (way better than the four a night - amazing!!), and no cobwebs or spiders either. Last week when Peter was over doing my annual internal spray when he noticed I had a bottle of ANTRID on my porch and so he just sprayed the courtyard for ants too, no extra cost, no drama just went out of his way to provide great service. This is a small business that genuinely understands customer service, a very rare thing these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter 'The Termite King' to anyone.

Pete actually cares about his customers. I had an emergency with termites recently when carpet was being replaced and termites were underneath the carpet. I had barrier treatment a few years before, but got behind in my check ups and maintenance which was due in Feburary 2015. Unfortunately my tenants would have binned the reminder notice as I had forgotten to change address details. Pete worked over the weekend to rid my house of termites in order to have my carpet laid as soon as possible. Also took three dead rats out of ceiling and rebaited as that was another problem. Pete knocks himself out to be of service to his customers. I will make sure I get the top up treatments done right on time next time.

Peter had to come back to finish my garage as it was full of junk and shelving when he first treated my home. He allowed time to help me move everything (which was my responsibility) and treated the area 110% thoroughly and in his usual professional & friendly manner. He used as much product as others would for the whole house & then sprayed more around the garden & re-checked for termites everywhere with his machine- all for no additional cost. Do not use anyone but this firm for your pest control, it is the best!

I found termites in my floorboards. Phoned Peter & even though he was busy, still came out to do a preliminary treatment to stop them where they were & to give me peace of mind. His "radar" machine is brilliant sniffing out the termites with scientific accuracy rather than hit and miss like those operators without this equipment. This second time he came out to see us at short notice after two rats had died in the ceiling. Not a pleasant job! Pete arrived at our property within 48 hours of us finding termites in a new wood fence. I have to say that he is one of the most professional and lovely tradesmen that we have ever engaged - totally put our mind at rest regarding our termite problem. We've had Pete over for a few years now. The Termite King has great service & price. They also follow up on routine maintenance to make sure the property is protected every year, all year round. Pete was prompted & punctual. He was informative, worked diligently & professionally to get rid of any nasty pests around the house. Pete told me the chemicals used is water-based & has no odour. It won't leach through soil & is not damaging to soil micro-organisms, earthworms & plants, making it environmentally friendly. Pets are usually sensitive to chemicals & my cat is still alive without any problems to prove it. Overall, for the price, quality of the products & service, for the value for money, your definitely getting what you're paying for. At the end of the day, the bugs can go but "The Termite King" is here to stay. I wouldn't recommend or go to anyone else.

We have just had Pete return for our annual termite inspection after receiving a full treatment last year. He performed a thorough inspection and provided a pest control spraying at the same time. I mentioned to Pete that we had spotted a few large brown cockroaches in the house recently with the warmer weather. He investigated our roof spaces and found that we had them breeding in the roof and cavity walls of our old open eave home. Pete immediately treated inside the roof space and externally with very effective and environmentally friendly products leaving only the pleasant scent of citronella outside (rather than that awful chemical smell left by some other pest control companies). I could not believe the amount of cockroaches that were immediately sent running from our roof only to die a very short time later (thankfully they were mostly outside). As usual, Pete was polite, professional and thorough. His years of experience and knowledge in pest control enable him to offer a top quality service at a very reasonable price. Vanessa is always helpful and lovely to talk to whilst scheduling all Pete's inspections and treatments. I highly recommend this business for all your termite and pest control requirements. I honestly wouldn't go elsewhere.

We have been using Pete from the Termite King for a number of years now for general pest control as well as treating the whole property for Termites. We also had a terrible ant problem in the kitchen and bedroom; Pete managed to get rid of them for good :):) We call him every year to spray the property for spiders, cockroaches and rodents and have no problem for the rest of the year which is great with little kids around. Pete is always friendly, accomodating and helpful. He is great to chat to, it's a pleasure to have him around especially knowing he'll do an outstanding job. Vanessa is fantastic and easy to deal with too. Everyone we have recommended him to has him on their permanent to call annually list. We definitely recommend Vanessa and Pete from the Termite King

Peter Goddard is always on time for my service of my property he has been servicing my property for 7 years he always check my property completely for any termite and any other problems and doesnt rush doing my treatment of my house he does a competely treatment and i have no problems after the treatment i would recommend his pest control service to others

Pete has contract for white ant treatments. He found white ants the first time and saved my house! He also has solved the problem of rats in the roof, and sprays for spiders, also gave me something to keep the pantry moths at bay. He is reliable and really knows his stuff. I have no hesitation recommending The Termite King as he is aptly named.!!

Peter was prompt, polite and very informative as to how the treatment would be performed and what was in the spray he was using. He explained it would not be harmful in anyway to either our pets, children or to my husband who has cancer. He was incredibly thorough; we have been treated for spiders previously and the company concerned were not nearly as thorough. Both Pete and Vanessa were very professional and lovely to deal with. We will definitely be regular clients from now on.

I found the company on WOMO. Pete and his wife Vanessa are very friendly and helpful. We organised an inspection as we thought we had termites. We did and they then completed a treatment. Pete explains everything as he goes along and is friendly yet very professional. I would highly recommend the service.

We used termite king for a pre-purchase inspection. I would definitely recommend them. In 2011 we had a pre-purchase inspection done by another company that showed up nothing in a house that turned out to have an active colony in the garden. This time around, we were a little dubious about the value of pre-purchase inspections. I did a lot of research and after much hesitation, eventually decided to use these guys, mostly based on the positive reviews here. I found everything about the company and transaction to be very easy. The phone conversations prior to the inspection were clear and detailed, I knew what I was getting and how much it would cost. Their use of technology to find termite movements hidden in walls was reassuring to me. The day of the inspection, Pete arrived on time and struck me as both knowledgable and personable. He communicates clearly and I felt that he was competant and honest. Especially as I had a fresh comparison to another contractor who'd been to the house we are selling the day before. He (who shall not be named) had been hired by our buyer and barely looked at the house we are selling. I definitely know who I'd prefer to check my biggest investment! Pete did find a colony in the garden of the house we are buying and treated it on the spot with no extra charge to either us or the sellers and discussed the implications of his find. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need any further treatments or inspections.

Discovered termites in our outdoor shed and was not too concerned, but then noticed that there was a termite run going up a wooden support beam leading to the roof space! Contacted three larger companies with a request to get back for a quote, but not even receiving a response another Internet search came across the Termite King. Thinking that I would just get Peter to quote, after talking to him I realised that I was dealing with a professional, independent contractor who was offering good advice and a reasonable price. Decision made, we arranged for Peter to come around and do an inspection. Peter did a thorough inspection of the property and roof space, identifying the primary source very quickly. Luckily the termites had not entered the actual roof timbers and Peter treated the main source area immediately. We arranged for Peter to return for a full treatment and could not be happier with the result. In fact, we requested Peter return to treat our property for rodents and one week later I am happy to say problem solved. If you are looking for an honest and reliable pest control company you cannot do better than getting in contact with Peter or Vanessa. I have been more than satisfied with all my dealings and the treatments we have had done and do not hesitate in recommending Peter to you. My wife and I will certainly contact the Termite King again should we ever again need Peter's expertise.

G'day Termite King (Peter & Vanessa), it is very rare for me to write a testimonial; you really have to be good at what you do to get a testimonial from me. Recently I had a severe termite infestation at backyard shed so I called in for three pest control quotes from franchise companies. During the quotation the three big franchise companies simply did not seem to know what they were doing. Firstly, they just took too long to just come and see the problem. And when they finally were at the property they looked quite armature pretending to know what the problems were. All they did is walked around the property here and there looking and commenting at other unrelated items, and also I was getting some misinformation from them, the list was endless. Even during their chemical recommendation they did not even discuss with me the harmful side effects of the ones they wanted to apply, simply because it is cheaper for them and the can make the profit out of me! I just could not trust what they were talking me through. Finally, their quotes were over the roof prices, and on top of that they were charging me so much more to do other pests (ants and cockroach treatment). I really was losing hope on finding someone who really cared about their work and knew what they were doing, it was not until I got hold randomly of the internet Termite King's contact. Why did I contact Termite King?, it was because I just couldn't have trust with the franchise companies and decided instead to try out a family owned and run business. Right from the first telephone conversation with Peter and Vanessa (Termite King) I knew I found who I was looking for my pests problems. I have been really, really impressed with the level of information about the chemicals Termite King have knowledge on and how to use these chemicals effectively. And Termite King also explained to me clearly on how termite nests are formed and the possible locations of the nests, and how to detect they using electronic detection system, and where the chemicals should be applied. They also had the courtesy to discuss on the ants and cockroach problem at the property, and how the various chemicals will work on these Pests (termites, ants and cockroaches). On top of that Termite King's customer service was excellent, and knowing that I had a serious termite issue they still managed to schedule in an urgent visit to the property within their already fully bookings and start the preliminary treatments. Termite King worked out to be much cheaper than the other three franchises, and I could rest assured that the problem was now in the right hands. Termite King proved to me that they really cared about their customers, and they are not there to rip clients off. Termite King know what they do, and know how to do it, and they work hard with honesty as if it is their own property they are taking care of. Since the first visit by Termite King, I have also had Termite King recommended on other pest problems and they have delivered excellent job and at very affordable prices. Its been several months now, and I can clearly see the pests treatments have worked. We had severe issues with termites eating our floors, window frames, weather boards, veranda and fencing at our property. This had been ongoing for over a year with no results from the previous treatments. We were recommended Termite King by good friends who had used them previously, so we gave them a call. Peter and Vanessa were extremely helpful on the phone, talked through our issues in a detailed manner, clearly explaining the process. Within a short time period they had completed the treatment, for the first time in over a year our property is termite free! They were thorough, professional, passionate, courteous, helpful, clearly explaining each process. I cannot explain how happy we are with what they have done. They have literally saved our house that we love so much. There was also no mess, the place was left in an immaculate condition. I recommend them without any hesitation, do not waste your time on anyone else.

Pete and Vanessa offer a brilliant service. They are both very professional. The best part is when you book Pete to be at your house, he turns up at the time booked. The follow up service is is also great. Vanessa ensured that I received a reminder email for the 12 month Pest Maintenance. As an existing Termite King customer the maintenance fee on the property is $175 and includes a full internal and external Termite inspection, a complimentary external Ants, Spiders and Cockroach treatment, which is a savings of $345. Just a very positive experience and I will not hesitate to tell people how good they are.

Peter provided us with an excellent service when we had been stung by another Termite Inspection company performing our pre-purchase inspection. Peter came to our property the same day to perform a thorough inspection both manually and using an electronic device which can detect live termite activity and damage in walls and sub-floors. Not surprising, he found both live and old termite damage in our garden. Thankfully nothing inside our house. His service is thorough and he is an honest, down to earth guy who believes that his reputation is of utmost importance. He provided us with a full termite and pest control treatment and went above and beyond what would be considered normal service. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a good, thorough and HONEST pre-purchase inspection or treatment. I only wish I'd found him prior to purchasing our property - it would have saved me a lot of sleepless nights!
