Lee was absolutely incredible, he went above and beyond and I am thrilled with his service. I would rate him over 5 stars if I could! Extremely prompt: I enquired on a Sunday via the website, heard back from him the same day and he completed the job Monday the following day. Above and beyond: Lee clarified my requested service, completed a condition report for my realtor and went above and beyond by provided information regarding tennancy laws (RE floor conditions etc) without me asking. As it was an end of rental clean he also collected the keys from the realestate which was appreciated. The collection fee was extremely reasonable of only $10. 2 bedroom unit for $120 plus the key collection. Great price!

Jarrods work was excellent. I just purchased a house and the carpet smelled of cigarette smoke and dog smell. A1 carpet removed all the smells and cleaned my carpet like new which ultimately saved me getting new carpet. The carpet cleaning was of a good standard. Lee is a friendly guy but needs to better communicate pricing as he gave me an estimate of $160 to $180 with a 'worst case' of $200, then proceeded to charge $200. Promised he would laser measure carpet area and let me know area and price, did not do this.

Al came in and clearly had full knowledge of cleaning products for best results on wool carpet. He then proceeded to clean until all looked terrific. A1 did the exit clean of the carpets when we moved out of our rental. the carpets came up looking wonderful and the house smelt clean and fresh, almost of the stains some of which were their when we moved in have been removed. very happy with the service and results. thank you A1

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My old woolen carpet looks like new. It was deep cleaned, sanitised, deodorised and given dust mite treatment.I really haven't any negative comments to add. The operator certainly knew all about the products used. He was very respectful of my furniture. It was a job well done.

Overall a fantastic job especially main traffic areas. Carpet and rug all brought back to life. 30year old woolen carpet looks like new. Friendly service, honest and most definitely have them return next time.

I bought a good quality mattress second hand and wanted to get it cleaned, sanitized and deodorized prior to use. The price was very reasonable in view of the quality and professionalism of the work done and the extra information and advice in answer to my questions. I liked the use of natural products such as eucalyptus oil and also like to support Tasmanian owned and operated businesses. I would use this business again myself and am happy to recommend it to others.

Steam cleaned and sanitised loungeroom, main bedroom, rumpus room and rug 90 square metres + rug - $230.00 - more than happy with the price, especially as the carpets in the loungeroom were disgusting and they came up like new. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends

I had a large 7 piece modular lounge, 4 recliners and 75m2 of carpet cleaned all of which were very dirty and heavily stained. It was a big job and took Lee all day and he did not take any shortcuts. Cannot fault Lee's cleaning expertise and the results are excellent. Extremely pleased with how fresh and clean the carpet and lounges are. Will be recommending to my family and friends. Thank you so much for getting my couches to look like new again, they are 12 Years old and have had a lot of staining and use over the years having three young children and two inside dogs.
