I have used Elite parking and other melbourne based airport parking multiple times now and Elite are by far the best. Their customer service in particular is head and shoulders above the competition. Kevin (one of the drivers) who has picked me up and dropped me off frequently is so friendly and helpful - an asset to the company.

I have parked at Elite carpark both long term (5 days) and short term (same day return). The office personal have been most helpful, and the shuttle drivers to and from air very helpful. I would happily recommend my friends to use Elite carpark. Roswal

Every time I travel I park with Elite Airport Parking. Their rates are very reasonable and I have been very happy with the level of service offered. They offer free shuttle service and are always very prompt with pick ups and drop offs. During my last trip, they went out of their way to help me as I had an emergency at home and had to get my house keys mailed to a friend. Gabby had to run to the post office on a Saturday and she sounded really concerned that the keys wouldn't arrive when I spoke to her on the phone a few days later. Best of all she said they were going to absorb the cost of mailing. I'd like to say a very big thank you to Gabby and Elite Airport Parking for their help and generosity. I would definitely recommend Elite Airport Parking to anyone looking for a place to keep their car when they go away.

I have been using Elite on a weekly basis for over 6 months after switching from the airport's at-terminal complex and have not looked back since. Whilst parking here may involve a short bus ride, I don't have to deal with the nightmare of trying to find a spot, long walks and massive lines at the elevators! The staff at Elite are probably the best you would ever deal with at any Australian airport car park and special credits go to Kevin, Gabby, Casey and Marie. They really, really, really do make the difference - especially when arriving/departing the car park at the super-peak times!

Terrible experience! We arrived on the first Friday of school holidays and it was chaos. The whole forecourt was packed with cars all parked at random. There seemed to only be 2 staff (crazy for such a busy day). A number of patrons returning were waiting for their cars to be returned, but they were parked in and could not be moved. We nearly missed our flight after waiting about 15 mins for service and another 10 mins for the bus. But if we thought that was chaos, it was nothing compared to when we returned 2 days later on the first Sunday night of school holidays. Again there were only 2 staff on at the depot, and it was chaos. Cars were still parked randomly in the forecourt. Car keys were on the desk for the cars to be collected. No one was in the office most of the time, so anyone could have grabbed a set of keys and gone. We ended up finding our car, which was parked in, and after 10 minutes we were helped by a staff member to move the car parking us in. We just could not understand why the staffing levels on the first weekend were so small? The staff that were there were doing their best, but there just wasn't enough of them to manage the bookings taken. Given that it is a prebooked service, the high levels of patronage should not have been a surprise to management. This was a catastrophic failure by the management of Elite. We have parked at other airport off site car parks with no problems. We will never use Elite again.

"Elite"??? This can be used as a very loose term. Much better options available. Car was damaged on site & they accused us of lying about the situation. Poor customer service & extremely dissatisfied. VERY expensive trip to the airport. Will not be using their service again.

I think you're crazy if you don't park at this place. Located close to the airport with convenient seamless transfers to your desired terminal at Tullamarine. Not to mention the phone on arrival back at Tulla, then a short wait at the terminal for a sparkling new bus to come and collect you, a quick trip back to the lot, where you then collect your car and off you go. You pay more than four times that at the airport carpark. Satisfied customer.

This was our first experience at using a long term carpark and it could not have been easier. We were a late night pickup on a cold night - Kevin was very helpful and cheery despite the hour. The end of a holiday can be the stressful part - being picked up and delivered straight to our car made coming home easy. Thankyou.

They always make this part of the trip very easy. Close to airport and easy access from freeway also a bonus. Friendly unlike some other ones I have used.

The drop off was seamless, taken to the airport quickly. Pick up was slow, however. After a red eye flight, we don't want to wait in the cold at the airport for long. The car was ready waiting for us on our return. Again that part was seamless. We also saved by booking through the RACV website. The staff were very friendly at all points of contact.

Excellent experience - well done. I can definitely recommend Elite Airport Parking. We had a very early lift off/ late return, but the staff made us feel welcome and we were dropped off/ picked up with the least amount of fuss. Wonderful to arrive back and your car is there waiting for you, unlike using the airport parking where you can be looking for you car quite a while and you don't have to endure the crowded bus and struggling with your luggage.

We transferred from another of airport parking company we have used for over 20 years as it was a significant price differential for our 3+ weeks away. We booked through RACV Online, as we have always done with the other company. The price was excellent. Each transfer was very late at night/early hours of morning, and all staff were so pleasant, efficient, courteous and made our departure and arrival experiences very smooth. The quality of the shuttle buses was also excellent. Even arriving over an hour late from overseas did not alter the courtesy or cost, as we went into another day. Kevin at that time was outstanding. Our only comment would be that the previous company always returned our car freshly washed, at no extra cost: this was not our experience with Elite, so we were a little disappointed to see our rather dusty car. We will give you another try on our next trip away though, and review from there.

Modern complex, CLEAN toilets with REAL HAND TOWELS, friendly employees, fast shuttle transfers, our longest wait has been returning at around 8-10 minutes. This place has got the little things that you don't expect in a carpark, like scales the same as the airlines where you can weigh and measure your bags before getting stung at the airport. Used them twice and both times good, enjoyable even. Good work

My wife and I were one of your very first customers and after half a dozen stints with Elite have to say you've got us for life. When compared to the other businesses on a like-for-like basis, its only the few been established 20-30 years that come close and note I say close. Everything about Elite, your car park, your staff, your service, everything right down to the fresh white cotton hand towels in the toilets, is just a better or higher standard. Our first park with you we were stunned at the level of service, but sceptics, figured just a new business trying really hard, it'll soon fade. What's really apparent to us is that today, got to be 1 1/2 years since you opened, you guys are still trying as hard and putting in just as much effort as you did on your first day. Well done to you Elite and all staff, we wish you every success in business and deserve the accolades that come your way. Thanks

There is an old adage,"first impressions are mostly always the best".My first impressions of Elite exceeded all other airport parking presentations. Following that, I left my car with Elite for seven days whilst travelling interstate. The car was left for undercover parking. Early departure and Elite handled every co-ordination well. On return, baggage retrieved and telephoned Elite. Transport arrived within 9 minutes. Car ready for us when arriving at parking office. Cannot compliment Elite,and all staff enough. Do not use any other business. This is the best.

I discovered Elite some 18 months ago via the RACV website and after the regular impersonal experiences at most of the other parking services it was a breath of fresh air to experience the service Elite provide. Professional, polite friendly and personal and a whole lot more. When I park at Elite be it for a single day or a three week holiday it is always a pleasant start to the trip. Well done to all the team at Elite that make a point of going that one step beyond expectation every time.

The name, Elite, says it all. Since I made my booking through the RACV, I did not expect the quality of service shown to me. Even phone calls made to your office, post booking, pre parking, were answered with care and attention. From first entering the office, to exiting on my return, I was shown a level of professional behaviour I have never experienced before. And I have used several of your competitors in the past. And you past the test - everything was how I left the car, down to not one extra kilometre being registered on the "speedo". It is with pleasure I can now confidently recommend your company, and its services, to all who need to know, and should know .

I've been using Elite Parking regularly for the past 18 months and have been blown away by the exceptional service. Nothing is too much trouble and the rates are cheaper than their competitors. The transport vehicles are superior and fast to pick up or drop off, which is great if you're always running late, as I am! I highly recommend Elite Parking.

They were more than helpful especially when I realised when at the airport I had left my passport in the car!! I called them and they located it in my car and delivered to me at the airport! Even if that little glitch hadn't happened I still found them to be friendly, courteous and obliging and I will definitely use them again!

We have been using Elite for about year now after changing from another long term car parking company after 10 years. We are now a fixture with Elite, they are enthusiastic, transfer vehicles are new, customer service people and drivers are focussed, waiting area is comfortable and spacious and lots of good stuff if you need travel items.We had one small glitch with a driver re luggage I rang when we got to the airport I received feedback as to action by email with 24 hours and a complimentary clean of our car. All business make mistakes ( actually people do) its how they address them that makes the difference hats off to Elite your are the benchmark in airport parking in Melbourne from our perspective.

I've had a really great experience with Elite over the past year. I fly all the time and every time I drop off my car, the girls always chat with me and keep up with what's going on. The personal experience is lovely. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Second experience for us at Elite and they were just as good the second time around. Everything just seems to be as it should be and the operation works smoothly, right down to the map & directions you get with the booking email ... they are perfect, so easy to read and follow (especially if you hate your GPS like me!). For me its the little things like this that make it stand out, attention to detail that no-one has time for any longer. The others (and believe me, we've tried most of them) just do what they have to to get you to the airport as quickly as possible, and several I remember are almost robotic. From the moment we pull in to drop the car off the shuttle driver greets me using my name, and so does the customer service girl when we walk in the door. And they smile!! How many times we've gone to one of the other places happy and about to go on holidays only to get on the bus feeling depressed or guilty or miserable all because staff these days just cannot seem to smile and don't enjoy (or want) their jobs!! Elite just seems to get it that in customer service you actually have to serve a customer! Their prices are median, or dirt cheap when you consider the difference in service, staff presented in smart uniforms and office/premises and vehicles clean and maintained. If you value what service used to be like and appreciate efficiency and convenience this place is for you; if you don't probably just go for the cheapest as they're otherwise all the same. Thank you Elite for making two oldies feel important again, happy to recommend you.

First time for us parking off airport so didn't really know what to expect. As far as we are concerned everything was great, very friendly people in the office and the drivers also, place was clean and tidy and our car returned as we left it. There were a few places cheaper but were happy with what we got for it.

This is a new company. We tried them out and they now have our business. Booking through the RACV gave us a good discount. But the best part of it all was Elite Airport Parking's service. Clean undercover parking. Great location. Prompt service to and from Melbourne Airport. Our flight from overseas was delayed by two hours, but that didn't phase them. With one phone call they were ready to pick us up in five minutes. One of the few airport parking firms that are staffed by women. Women drivers! My wife and I were impressed.

My husband and I have also just had a positive experience with Elite. We normally use another car park nearby however saw this place had opened last time we went past and then learned of the discount to RACV members, so booked with them. My husband and I could not fault their service. Such warm, welcoming staff who went out of their way to help. When we arrived back to collect our car it was like being greeted by family or friends. We're in our 60s and thought service like this simply no longer existed. Such a pleasure to be proven wrong. We will definitely use them on our next trip and I would recommend them to anyone needing to park their car near the airport with excellent service and reasonable rates.

I've used off airport parking in Melbourne for almost 20 years and these new guys blew me away with their level of service, organisation, presentation and outstanding value for money. Driver's handled luggage in both directions, office staff brought keys out to us on return, offered coffee, bottled water etc before drive home. Good to see a newcomer shake up the old and tired operators
