I Purchased hikvision cameras and NVR. Arrived on time. Prompt response to any question via email. minor issues with website tracking details, but resolved after a quick email. Would recommend and buy again.

After waiting 10 days for my order to arrive, I got an email stating
"We have just been advised from our warehouse that Line1 of your order is out of stock."
It took them 10 days to notice (I was expecting it to be here by now) and they don't even tell me what is out of stock!

Due to a recent break in to our house we decided to get a security camera system installed. We chose to purchase Hikvision cameras from iCamSecurity based on recommendations from our electrician. Throughout the sales process Seanna and Mike from iCamSecurity provided excellent customer service and great guidance in helping choose the appropriate product for us.

Following initial advice from iCam I purchased a Hikvision IP camera for use on an Apple network (Apple Extreme, USB disk (using SMB), Mac computers and iPads). I had numerous difficulties with one camera; iCam provided a second unit. iCam continued to provide support even though Hikvision themselves could not guarantee that their product would work in this environment. The result is a fully working Hikvision IP camera with all live and recording functions working as intended, thanks entirely to the support from Mike and Seanna from iCam. Highly recommended.

We recently had 26 cameras installed on a 7 acre site in Nerang on the Gold Coast. Over the course of a week three staff from iCam were here installing them in a variety of different areas. They worked around our staff without a hassle, and each camera was installed in a very neat and tidy fashion. Once the install was finished they went through all of the functionality of the system and catered to all our needs. They were more than happy to add cameras and change positions that were listed on the quote and work with us to provide the solution we were after. I have had experience with other security camera providers and would recommend iCam above any other company I have dealt with.

I received excellent service from iCam from the time I received the quote to the end of installation. The placement and type of cameras and recorder were discussed with me in sufficient detail but in easy-to-understand layman's terms, and the actual installation was done expertly. There was no mess, and the finished installation is extremely neat and of excellent quality. The guys are very polite and friendly. I recommend iCam highly for domestic cctv installation.

Guys at iCam did a good job and am very much satisfied with their work, response time was excellent and above all the best the quote for the work.
I had got quotes from over 10 installers and they were just way too much and ridiculously more. Mike's quote was very reasonable and fair. They have done excellent work as well.

I engaged 4 separate security companies to quote an external IP Cam NVR system for my house. iCam Security stands head and shoulders above all. Mike's response time and knowledge was unbeatable. He consistently responded within 24 hours and worked hard to ensure my needs would be met by providing multiple options and configurations at a reasonable price.
Installation was relatively straight forward and professional. Some teething issues experienced with software configuration and functionality, but as an IT worker myself, I expect this. Other than that, the system is working as expected. Post-implementation support though has still been high quality.
In the end, best value and A+ customer service are the reason why iCam won my business.

From the first phone call through to completion the guys were more than helpfull. they are very knowledgeable about the products and the industry in general.
