The team at Jezweb were super helpful and encouraging to help me finally get my website sorted after procrastinating for years. They stepped me through the process and when I was coming up against blocks they knew just what to suggest to get me moving. They took my feedback on board with regards to the draft site and made modifications very promptly. Their assistance didn't stop there as they also assisted with various optimizing of site optimization. I am very happy with the finished product and can't recommend them highly enough.

I am a small business owner, and I came across Jezweb through a Google Search and called their office due to their strong reviews. After speaking to Rachel Harris, Project Manager we built rapport quickly. After that first phone call, I was confident that this is a company I could work with. Rachel followed up with emails and a business proposal which I accepted. I found that both Rachel and then Natalie were more than helpful, exceeding my expectations in fact. Natalie produced a video for me with step-by-step instructions on how to make changes to the website, which was very easy to follow. Furthermore, the quote for the 4 pages instead of just a landing page was relatively small. The overall cost to build the website came in $800 less than another quote from a Newcastle web designer. With the money I have saved, I have been able to take on board 12 months web hosting services. I would highly recommend small business owners to forget trying to build a website on your own [especially if you are not, IT savvy] and simply hand over your project to Rachel and Natalie who will take care of every detail and I am confident that you, like me, will be very happy with the end product. Thanks very much for delivering our new website within a tight timeframe. Thanks also for being patient and accommodating with our brief and requests! We have received a number of compliments about the site since going live just over a week ago. I am really enjoying playing around and getting to know Wordpress too. So much easier than the complicated and temperamental content management systems I have used in the past. Now I actually look forward to logging in to update content, rather than dreading it! Also good to know that Jezweb is there for support for all the updates I can't do. Really appreciate your help.
