Brilliant service and great design. Marta and team made a special necklace for me one and a bit weeks before Christmas and had it on my doorstep by the 23rd. My wife was thrilled with the design without ever knowing how late I had left the planning. This is the third Bilingual piece I have purchased and they have all been terrific.

Marta walked with me on my journey creating a piece of jewelry that represented my life. For our 10 year anniversary, we wanted to create meaningful rings that were classy and timeless, yet unique and represented our story. Marta did all this and more, creating complementary rings. She was patient and worked with us over a 9 month period, creating designs that took into account our very different tastes and different shaped stones which we provided. Marta was warm, genuine and shared her knowledge throughout the process. The rings she created are of exceptional quality and fine detail. Best of all, there is a design detail tying them together and capturing our journey as a couple. We still continue to get compliments on our rings! We will soon be a family of Bilingual-designed rings as she has made my best friend's and my brother and his fiancÃ©es' rings!

I saw an advertisement for Bilingual in a Qantas Inflight Magazine and was keen to check it out. I approached Marta a few months ago for some ideas for our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary. There were so many options it was hard to decide and I changed my mind several times and through all of this Marta was great and supportive and offered a lot of advice. I ended up with having some silver lapel pins made plus a ring remodelled from some old gold I had lying in the drawer for years and also a pendant. We used Bilingual for our wedding bands. I had an unusual engagement ring and they were able to design and create a wedding band that fit perfectly with my ring was absolutley stunning. I get commented on it on a daily basis. By the end of the process Marta felt like family to us. We felt comfortable that everything was under control and she had our best intentions at heart the whole way. Our rings were reasonably priced and the Quality was outstanding.

From the first email I sent about my design idea to when I picked up the final piece, I was completely impressed with how Marta works! Her approach to the design process was so collaborative - I really feel the ring I had designed and made is completely unique and it is so much more than I could have imagined. The most difficult part was trying to choose from the 3 designs that she tabled from the brief - all of them were brilliant. I can't thank Marta enough for the attention to detail and care she provided in making such a symbolic piece for me. I went in with my old wedding and engagement bands and asked for them to be reused in a design as a way to honour the past and look to the future - she was so open to the sentimentality of the process to me. I would highly recommend Bilingual Design to anyone - especially if you want to create something truly custom.

I ordered a ring on-line to celebrate our 20 wedding anniversary and when I received my ring - realised that I had made a mistake with sizing and width of the ring. It was not quite what I had imagined. Not expecting any assistance from Bilingual, I summoned the courage to ask for help and Marta could not have done anything more to help fix my problem. She went out of her way to provide me with several solutions to make the ring what I had imagined from the very beginning which I now wear with pride and delight. Although we decided to re-make the ring, Marta polished up the original (my disaster) and sent it back to me on a lovely chain to I now have matching ring and necklace! I would definitely recommend Bilingual for a special occasion piece.

We had our wedding rings designed by the lovely Marta at Bilingual Designs for our wedding in December 2012. Marta was so patient, professional, and really good at imagining exactly what we wanted, helping to make us individual designs but keeping her sleek Bilingual style. It was so nice to feel personally involved in designing our own rings, but with the prices so reasonable it didn't feel like we were being extravagant. I first saw Bilingual products at a designer's market in Melbourne years ago. I was drawn in by the simplicity, edgy and utterly unique look and feel of each piece on display. The design process Bilingual led us through was thoughtful, responsive to our aesthetic inclinations, and produced a ring that resonates with my open ring but is also unique. All the Bilingual items are so unique - it can be hard to choose! But eventually something pops out. It feels JUST right and fits JUST right. You'll be prepared to spend the cash because it is something so different and feels very personal - even it from the standard collection, not a custom made ring. I love the architectural quality and morphic aspect of these designs â€“ what a bonus to get one pair of earrings that can have various effects! These guys are great! I get lots of compliments and comments on my ring. When I see someone with an item from the many Bilingual collections, I know I have met a fellow design lover. It's a great conversation starter. I super recommend this brand. They are yet to make something I don't like â€“ and I can be hard to please :)

I located Bilingual via an advertsiement placed in the in flight Virgin magazine. At the time, my friends and I were looking for a meaningful and memorable item we could purchase for each other for our 30th birthdays. It was a present and was a little large at first, but Marta and Salvatore were extremely helpful in sending out a ring sizing instrument and replacing it with a smaller, perfectly fitting one - all free of charge and with very pleasant exchanges by email and telephone.
