We are so happy with our Pool from Rainwise. The whole process was without hiccup and picture perfect! The pool was installed in two days- hole dug 1 day and pool filled the next. We could not believe it. The team communicated with us through the whole process, and we really appreciated having our salesman, Shaun as our 'project manager'. Hi Got quotes from a range of pool companies and decided to go with Rainwise. This was a decision I have not regretted. I needed a company that could do it all. Shane was awesome he is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was helpful providing prompt responses to all my queries and organised everything from pool installation, tiling, concrete and fencing. The whole process ran like clockwork. The Rainwise crew were very professional and courteous whilst completing the project. After sales service is also professional and any teething problems with maintenance and general advice have been dealt with promptly. I recommend Rainwise to anybody looking for a pool company that does it well. Thanks heaps to all the crew at Rainwise I am sure I’ll be enjoying my pool for years to come Regards George

We were very happy with the whole process. We work full time so it was great that Rainwise could accommodate that and work around us. The team were hardworking and quick. Everything was taken care of, from the dig, plumbing, install, paving and sign off. We love our pool and look forward to the fun times ahead. The whole process was quick & easy- a great team.

Unbelievable service from the guys at Rainwise. From the sales process all the way to completion well exceeded my expectations. Getting such a big investment as a pool can be quite daunting but I couldn't recommend Rainwise highly enough. They all have a pool technician available after the pool is installed who helps and really educates you about your pool. These guys are professional and amazing to deal with. I can't thank you all enough.

I found everything about Rainwise fantastic! The information throughout the process was great. I knew what was happening every step of the way. Can't speak highly enough of the quality, efficiency and easy process from permit to installation and hand over. I Couldn't believe the kids were swimming 6 days later! The installers, owner and sales rep were professional, courteous and informative throughout the entire pool install. We would recommend Rainwise not only for their outstanding quality but the complete hassle free and easy installation.

Choosing a fibreglass swimming pool can be a daunting process. I did my home work, comparing local companies and searched for complaints on the internet. All of these companies had at least one complaint except Rainwise, which had only compliments and praise, making my decision easy. Our pool was installed only two weeks after signing contract, and we were pleased with the Rainwise team who were friendly and professional. The team arrived promptly on Monday morning and started excavating for the pool. The pool arrived wednesday and was installed, the finishing touches were done Friday and we were swimming by Saturday. Shaun was very helpful and promptly dealt with any questions. Rob did a great job getting the pool into our backyard. We love our new pool and would not hesitate in recommending Rainwise to anyone and are proud to show it off. Our experience with Rainwise pools has been very positive. Purchasing a pool can be a very daunting experience but Rainwise made it easy. "So organised and quick! We were nervous about purchasing and installing a pool given the many options and expense of the project. Rainwise provided a personalised and detailed service that reassured us right from the beginning. The quality of the staff, organisation and timeline for the project was brilliant and we were kept informed at every stage. We were thrilled with the finished product and the minimal need for chemicals. The solar heating is so efficient that our kids have been swimming since September. During this time I came to the conclusion that there aren't many who are willing to go the extra mile for you or have the knowledge that we required. However, then I came across RAINWISE POOLS in Coburg, what a difference their professionalism, the quality of the product and the detail to service has made, it is amazing. "where shall we begin? Our biggest headache was which pool company to choose! We read the reviews and thought Rainwise Pools sounded too good to be true, but to be fair they were honest reviews. Other than a slight set back with the wrong colour pool being delivered everything ran pretty much to plan, the wrong pool was sent back and the new one arrived with minimal fuss. The guys were polite, helpful and answered all our questions, of which there were many! They kept the mess and upheaval to a minimum and even tidied daily. The price quoted was pretty much what we paid and the extras (ie plumber and crane hire) were what we expected and budgeted for. We would recommend Rainwise- Summertime Pools confident in the fact that they would deliver a quality product in a timely manner with minimal fuss" Trevor and Karen- South Morang

Ben and the guys from Rainwise have been great, from start to finish. My wife and I spoke to Ben regarding the pool he was honest and upfront with everything. as far as the pool installation Wayne and his crew were great they were here when they said they would be and everything ran like clockwork. We installed a 7m Corbree pool in 2010 and were swimming in it within 3 days. We were so happy with the service and product that when we moved this year we didn't hesitate to contact Summertime pools again. We now have a 9.3m Mishadel and can't wait until summer! Rob and the team at Summertime were fantastic again when organising quotes, council plans, excavation and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

From the time I sent an email for a quote to the end, I cannot fault this company. Shane went out of his way to assist me and to make my pool experience stress free. The men that arrived to commence the job were very friendly and helpful. Even Grumpy who was not that grumpy at all. Thanks to Wayne, Mal and even the bob cat man. Then came Steve, the Paver. He did such a wonderful job of the paving in such a professional way. Thanks also to Graham and his brother who were very helpful explaining things to me. All in all, I am completely satisfied with the pool and would recommend Summertime Pools to others. Thanks for everything guys. I will think of you all when we begin to use the pool in summer.

6.2m x 2.8m fiberglass in ground pool. The service was second to none from the very first meeting with our sales rep Shane. Shane was hands on through the whole process which made it less stressful as we had a constant point of contact should we need it. The boys on site were super polite, reliable, informative and were a pleasure to have around! We cant believe the pool was in and completed in 3.5days!! The hand over was also completed by Shane and it was made very clear that if we ever had any problems at all we could always go back to Rainwise / Summertime pools and they would help! Really pleasant experience...Thank you!!

I am currently renovating my house, and I needed a Maxiplus Slimline Watertank immediately. Rainwise was the ONLY retailer in Melbourne that actually kept this tank in stock! So they were able to deliver it the next day, which made my plumber very happy! The staff are amazing, so helpful, and all have a 'whatever it takes' attitude when it comes to providing you with whatever you need to fully benefit from their product. Their service is above and beyond any other I have had recently! Thank you again!!!!!

After seeing many pool installers for quotes and some professional knowledge it was a pleasure to deal with Rob. Out of 5 installers we spoke to, Rob at Rainwise was the only one to give us a written quote with all addition/deduction and explain these to us fully. We signed the contract and the building works started a week earlier than we expected ( this suited us). In the only week of feb 2012 for it to rain it had to be this week, this did not stop any work and the job went ahead we had the pool ready for handover in 10 days including a weekend and half a day lost due to the weather. All the contractors used were always on the go and getting everything done , they got a plumber on site in an hour to fix a problem which in the end saved me some money. Only drawback was the supply of tiles was delayed by a few weeks which didn't effect any work we were having done . Overall I would recommend rain wise/summertime pools and Rob's team to anyone. Thanks we will enjoy our pool for many years to come.

I was in the market for an in-ground fibreglass pool and after considerable research, I met Rob at the Pool & Spa Expo in Melbourne. From the outset, Rob was a clear standout from all other stall exhibitionists in terms of his honesty and “do anything” approach. Nothing was a drama and he was willing to work in with us without any problems whatsoever. Rob also represented the best value for money, without any compromise on quality or service. Rob and Ben from Rainwise/Summertime Pools are a pleasure to deal with and make the experience a pleasure. Their technical knowledge and expertise has been invaluable and I greatly appreciate it. I now have the 8.3 x 4.6 Corbree in my backyard and am extremely happy with the fibreglass shell and all Davey products including, pump, filter, chlorinator and cleaning equipment. I would recommend Rob and Ben from Rainwise/Summertime Pools without any hesitation whatsoever.

I was in the market for a swimming pool and when contacted the guys from Rainwise were excellent. They were prompt, helpful and nothing was too hard. When the pool was being installed the installers did a great job in not destroying our yard and when they left they cleaned up and explained everthing in detail. The pumps, filter and saltwater chlorinator from Davey they fitted have been excellent. I would recommend Rainwise to anyone.

I was in the market for a rainwater tank and installation and after shopping around online and other tank places. I finally settled on Rainwise for my new tank and installation. I found that the tanks that they provide are really high in quality and I think that's their focus on Australian made tanks. I am really pleased with my purchase of my 5000L NYLEX tank and the installation was fantastic. The installer they sent out was on time and very efficient. He did the slab then came back to set the tank up (only took a day) and the finished product looked great he took away all the rubbish and left me with a great looking tank. All in all couldn't fault them.

We have used Rainwise for several purchases for accessories for our swimming pool and for a gray water system. Big purchases include the gray water system, a pump for our pool filter, and in December we replaced our aging pool filter. Rob from Rainwise delivered and installed both the pump and the filter and their service was fantatic and worth every cent we paid. The staff there are always friendly and professional and they really know their stuff. Great job Rainwise - we highly recommend you.

I recently purchased a pool and rainwater tank from Rainwise in Coburg as a combined package. After shopping around for many months with other pool stores to find what was right for me. I went with Rainwise. I found their service to be the best that I have experienced from all the pool stores. The staffs are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in handling all my questions and even though I had heaps of questions before making a decision they helped me out every time. The pool build was great exactly what I was after, any problems or concerns that came up got dealt with promptly and they kept me up to date. All in all for the price was fair, the service was unbeatable. I got what I was after and would defiantly go with them again. They are experts at building relationships with their customers whenever I am in need of something I can call them and they have my answer and I get my water tested once a month there. We had our whole backyard landscaped last year and having used a number of different companies during the process we were able to compare service and can honestly say that Summertime Pools outshone every other company we had on site during the 6 months. They arrived on time and were here for one week from 7.30am until 5.30pm everyday. They were a team that dedicated themselves to our job until it was finished. Their helpful service afterwards has also been outstanding. They were certainly not the cheapest, however, they included everything in their quote which left no unexpected costs.
