Prompt, professional & understanding. Met all requests including assembling of bed, outdoor table and installation of washing machine. Anticipation that delivery of large furniture into confined apartment would create difficulties. HomeMove Heroes managed this with skill and care. This was our second experience with HomeMove and we cannot recommend too highly. An excellent job performed to a very high standard and at very reasonable rates. Thanks for a great job.

Clearly they were experienced removalists who were physically up to the job, which involved moving my stuff from a 2nd floor apartment and 4 flights of stairs, with no trouble at all. Very efficient and speedy guys, would highly recommend.

Navigated the challenges of moving into a second floor apartment in heavy rain with limited parking. It felt like things were under control at all times. The most challenging/stressful part of the moving process is moving furniture from one apartment complex to another, but this was managed with skill and care.

The most impressive part of the service was your team: Jacob and Tommy were professional, efficient, polite and well organised. They worked like Trojans the whole day. Moreover, they had excellent communication skills: they listened to what we needed, and Jacob was very clear in communicating what should happen next. They were on-time, and so cheerful and easy to work with. The HomeMove process from start-to-finish was great: the office staff friendly, the flexibility of booking when I needed to change the size of truck.

John through the booking dept went above and beyond to secure me 2 trucks when I realised I needed a big one. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very reassuring! Aligning the timing bc we were settling both properties on the same day. Will and Ash (our movers) were lovely and professional and kept things on track for us all day so the move went very smoothly!

The care and skill taken in getting a big fridge up a set of stairs with a bend at the top. It didn't look easy but the movers were so professional in getting the job done. I had intended to dismantle my bed myself but before i could get to it the guys were dismantling it themselves. I didn't ask for this service send it was great. Two friends who have recently moved requested this and their movers weren't prepared, didn't have tools and asked them to help.

HomeMove moved us on Friday. The removalists were exceptional. They could not have been any friendlier, more professional, nor accommodating. The guys didn't finish until late on a Friday and not once did I feel they were trying to take any shortcuts to get the job done, so they could start their weekends. The movers were very efficient and about as fast as they could have been while still being careful. I appreciate they were attentive to our requests for extra care and wrapping in a few items. They were also polite and professional. The only issue we faced was that we contracted for 3 movers and only 2 showed up (one called in sick). However, they got a third person there within a hour or so. We really appreciate Vlad being responsive to the concerns I expressed from last time we hired you. The attention to care made a huge difference.

I was impressed from the start with the advice from the HomeMove Masterminds. My enquiry was promptly answered by a phonecall (not an anonymous email with a vague quote) They were patient with my numerous questions and made the moving package streamlined and easy to understand. They were particularly helpful with providing advice on moving heavy objects (exercise bike, wooden queen-sized bed, chests of drawers) down a flight of stairs so that I had peace of mind that we would be able to move all our required furniture. The Heroes arrived on time, both for the packing and also on moving day and worked non-stop to finish the job, which was a big one. I was impressed with their politeness and cheerfulness, and with how, even at the end of a long and gruelling day nothing was too much trouble. We will eventually be returning to our newly renovated house in the future and I will definitely be choosing HomeMove to do the return trip.

HomeMove provided an excellent service. They were quick, efficient and took care when moving the pieces. During the shift they constantly communicated ensuring the pieces went where they were meant to and that they took additional care with the delicate pieces. The shift had to be delayed a day due to workers being sick. I was fine with this and as compensation they provided an additional small van for no fee (and I needed it!!!). Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this removalist company.

The whole move went very smoothly - everyone from HomeMove was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The house we moved from was two storey with narrow corridors and turns in the stair case - a typical Victorian building. The removalists were incredibly patient and worked efficiently and effectively to get large pieces of furniture through narrow spaces. I can't thank HomeMove enough for all the cheerful support.

I found HomeMove through Public Self Storage and was very impressed! Vlad was very accommodating and friendly with the administrative side of things. The removalists on the day, Miles and Doug, were also friendly, on time, efficient, and intelligent about packing my furniture and boxes into my small storage unit at Public Self Storage. I have nothing bad to say about these guys! Very happy with their service and will definitely be using HomeMove again.

We've just moved house for the third time using HomeMove. We first use them a few years ago and were really impressed. Both the office staff and the moving guys are very friendly and professional. They may not be the cheapest, but they are professional, polite, reliable, and actually know how to move and pack things (unlike some cheap removalists who are just a couple of guys and a truck with no clue). They check what you want moved and handle everything with care. We've never had anything damaged. They work at a quick pace too. We'll keep using HomeMove when we move house as we have a lot of stuff and know they'll do a good job. Definitely recommend them.

We where so stressed with our situation being same day settlement. Home move team where professional and reassuring from start to finish. The heroes on the day where professional, hard working, thorough and fast. They made sure to keep asking questions to make sure they knew what needed to be done and that we where happy rather than just rushing the job. We where so happy with the time it took and the ease. It really was the least stressful move we have ever done.

David and burt provided us with exceptional service during our move. They were excellent at communicating their time frames and being flexible to our needs, as the job went beyond what we had anticipated and had quoted for ( we thought we would move our own boxes but the lads were so good and efficient that we asked them to do another load). I was very satisfied with the overall service, the two guys were friendly and professional. I was told that they would arrive between 11am and 1pm and would call me in advance to say they were on their way. I got a call at 10.45am, saying they were on their way and they arrived bang on 11am. The move was easy, everything arrived and it happened more quickly than I'd anticipated. I thought they had left one of the bookcase shelves in the truck but when I spoke to someone at HomeMove they said it's common that it's left at the bottom of the bookcase. And lo and behold, there is was when I went home to look. One last thing that would make me absolutely recommend these guys is their integrity - one of their men overcharged us by a half an hour. The following Monday (we moved on a Saturday) I was called and informed about this and the money was reimbursed straight onto my credit card. I was incredibly impressed by this because I had not picked up on. This is the type of company you want to do business with - Excellent service, great communication, professional staff with integrity.

It was a 44 degree day and I didn't even expect the move to go ahead. But they were on time, polite, very careful with my belongings, even helped move furniture around at the new place. They were amazing, even in a heat wave!

For us, it was important to have a service which provided all the packing materials, packing and moving with flexibility, so that anything we couldn't manage was taken care of by Home Move, and we didn't have to guess how many boxes we needed as we only paid for those used.

These guys are a little bit different from other removalists as the employees have expertise but don't tell what to do but rather advise you on the best way to do things. They aren't rougheads either but well spoken down to earth guys who you can have fun with. Moving is often stressful so I have to thank Homemove for being flexible (we had another address to deliver to) and the trucks were more than adequate. Our removalist was the perfect gentleman. There are no gimmicks here just efficiency and a fair amount of generosity with some tough situations. Tom

As everyone knows moving house is a very stressful event and I am so glad I went with HomeMove. I only went with them due to the great feedback they have received online and they definitely did not disappoint. From the first phone call with Daniel to arrange a date for the move and to the actual move, it was so smooth and professional. The guys (Brett and Irish) who turned up on time and was so helpful, experienced and very hardworking. I can't believe how hard these two worked on the day. Nothing was marked or broken and they were so accommodating with some of my request. They are fantastic ambassadors for the Home Move company. All costs were clearly explained by Daniel and their website is great. If you fill in as much detail as to the contents of your house the easier it is for them to estimate the amount of time required as well as the size of the truck that is need. So I had no surprises. We were very happy with HomeMove - they arrived on time, gave us a heads-up that they were on their way, and dealt with some tricky corners and clumsy pieces of furniture without any trouble. The chaps were troopers - they got the job quickly and they were careful with every piece of furniture and the house alike.

Great job, very happy with service from start to finish - our move was a 4br doulble storey to a 4br double storey and Home Move was the only company that provided a realistic quote in terms of how long it would take them to complete the job and the Guys (Paul and Michael) were great, worked so hard all day - 12hrs all up. The only thing I can complain about was the fact that you don't advertise that you are 3RRR sponsors on your web site, I could have flashed my subscription card and got a subscriber discount --mind you, the rate was very reasonable anyway. Will certainly use Home Move again.

we moved from one house to another in the same suburb and belongings had to be first collected from a storage unit. We moved to a three storey house and all of our belongings made it very safely and nothing was damaged. We were amazed as a lot of our furniture is timber and very heavy, it was moved with ease. Nothing was any problem and the care and attention was amazing. I would definently recommend this company to anyone that was moving.

We have used Homemove on two occasions. The first involved moving the furniture of my late mother from Glen Waverley to Phillip Island. About 18 months later Homemove shifted our daughter's furniture and other belongings to Phillip Island. On both occasions Homemove were very thorough in assessing the jobs and guiding us through the moving process. Their staff arrived promptly to both jobs at the agreed time. They exercised great care in moving furniture and other items paying particular attention to anything that may have been fragile or awkward. Our daughter's move was undertaken on a wet day and involved negotiating the narrow streets of Richmond. The job was completed skillfully and without disruption to traffic and neighbours. The movers were courteous, friendly and helpful. I found them very reliable and professional; providing an excellent service at a very reasonable cost. We are happy to recommend Homemove.

I had to move house just a few days before Christmas. Homemove came up as available when I thought nobody would be and with a very reasonable rate for a truck and two guys. Excellent communication on the phone and a follow up confirmation the day before the move. They turned up in the time we were expecting them and had everything in the truck in no time. Very professional but also fun and personable. Brett and Irish were great! We moved from a single to a double storey house with most things going upstairs. No complaints, no issues, nothing lost, nothing broken, no marks on the new walls. Excellent! Thanks Guys.

We moved our house contents from two different locations which we expected would be a nightmare. The guys from Homemove made the move really easy for us. They were professional, prompt, efficient and had a great sense of humour. They looked after our belongings as though they were moving their own. We are very very happy we used this company and would not hesitate to use it again as I suspect we will need to within the next 18 months. One piece of advice - ensure all your loose items are packed in boxes because it makes it so much easier for the guys to take it all.

I had had my office relocated with Homemove last week after a friend recommended them to me. They were a little more expensive than another quote I got (extra $7 per hour), but I couldn't have been more happy with the move. They got our stuff down a very tricky stairwell and into our new office quickly, and nothing was damaged. The guys were friendly too, which is always a bonus. I will use them when I move my house next month.

I found Home Move through Service Central. They contacted me very soon after I placed the request. Their administration was excellent and gave me peace of mind. When the two removalists turned up, I was confident that they would do a good job as they were very professional. I needed to move from a single story unit to a single story apartment - nothing was broken or went missing. They moved it all in three hours...very reasonable rates. Not cheap but not high end either.
