First time at the salon. Definitely one of my top 5 salon experiences ever, anywhere in the world! Sara cut my hair and I felt completely comfortable, she was really listening to me as I described what I was after. She's clearly very talented - I've had stylists twice her age who couldn't match her skill. The salon pays attention to the little details that make a difference - massage chairs as your hair is washed, an extensive drinks list, stylists who take the time to really teach you how to style your hair at home. And everyone had a smile on their face - great customer service. The one niggling comment I'd have is that I was told I could use a student discount, and if I liked their page on Facebook I could also get $5 off, but then when I went to pay I was told I could only use one or the other. I really think that if a special offer is advertised, and there isn't fine print saying offers may not be combined, the customer should be given the benefit of both. Anyway, overall, I'd highly recommend ATS to anyone :)

I had a cut at Cream last week with Steven. It was my first time at the salon and was a very enjoyable experience! I felt that he really took the time to work with me to figure out the best cut for my hair, and then he spent about 30 minutes on the cut itself which I was really happy with. He's fun to have a chat with too. Finally, I have to say that the coffee is pretty darned good for a salon :) I'll be back. Thanks! p.s. as to the reviewer who felt pressured to buy products, I definitely didn't have that experience.

We've had a cleaner from GSR coming to our house for several months now, on a biweekly schedule, and I'm really pleased with the quality of their service. The cleaner is very thorough and it makes a difference to be with a company that is so trustworthy. Sometimes communication isn't so prompt, in terms of returning messages, but I figure that's a small compromise to make! Two thumbs up.

I signed up to WOMO just to review this business. I would say that my experience of their customer service ranks among the highest I've encountered anywhere. As an example, the first time I visited, I'd just arrived in Australia. The shop had just closed, and I needed a couple of keys cut. The gentleman saw me there and opened up the shop just to help me out, and when I was a couple of dollars short of the cost of the two keys I'd had cut, he told me not to worry about it and to enjoy my time in Australia. I've been back a few times since then over the past year, and service has been of a similarly unfailing high standard. Friendly, efficient, customer focused - a real pleasure. Thanks!
