My first and last experience. Girl who did my cut and colour obviously didn't want to be there. I didn't like how she had coloured my hair and she told me to come back in a week - which I obviously did not do. The girls were fawning over the regular wash and blow dry customer but seemed they weren't interested in new customers.

What a relief to talk to Kendra! We've a bad run of house cleaners and when I read the reviews and had Michael appointed as our cleaner I was ready to give him the house key before he'd even started.

The reviews were not wrong, Michael is an exceptional cleaner and terrific to deal with.

While our house is not big, there's not much storage so there's 'stuff' everywhere. Michael picks things up and cleans under them! He's even motivated me to find a place for everything to make his job easier. He actually mops the floors so they are clean rather than 'wave' a mop over them - if I have to put pressure on a mop to clean the floor I'd expect a cleaner to do the same (that was one of my big gripes with previous cleaners).

We've used three other cleaning services (two are some the highest rated on WOMO) but if you want an excellent, good value job on a regular basis give Kendra a call!

As opposed to most of the reviews we had a cleaning service every fortnight.

We started off ok, the couple were lovely but communication was sometimes an issue - some misunderstandings s we requested a change of day and they didn't arrive a couple of times.

The quality for the price paid was not that great. I'm not fussy but one of our toilets was only half cleaned three times in a row - it's like they'd given up by then!

We paid for the premium package that included window sills, cobwebs and skirting boards that were NEVER done over the 3-4 months we had the service. Nor were the balustrades, cupboards doors and numerous other things.

If you want a rental exit clean this business looks adequate but for a long term arrangement I'd go elsewhere.

Rob came over today to clean a sofa and rug savagely stained by our two kids under 5. He was great to deal with, cleaned both items back to new condition and everyone was happy! We were told the Scotchguard on the sofa probably saved it so we had E-guard applied to the sofa and rug at an additional cost. Overall, the quota was spot-on and didn't increase incrementally by the number of stains as I have found with other cleaners. Very please with the service thanks although the phone operator was a bit weird!

I've had my son's hair cut here twice and they're fabulous. My son is four and so theorically should be a nightmare to deal with but he happily sits up there and manages to get a great haircut unlike the more expensive option around the corner (which was ordinary). Don't have to wait long either which is a big plus. Has the same vinyl flooring as my mu had in the 80s which is hilarious.

Do you know how hard it is to get someone to quote for a fence inner city? Impossible! These were the only guys who wanted to quote and thankfully the price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Had an old fence removed on one side and replaced with 2m height on both sides. Removed all rubbish and we are really satisfied.

I ordered a house full of appliances for our renovation from the Geelong store even though I live in Melbourne as my Mother had a great experience dealing with E&S a few years earlier.
They stocked all the products I needed at a reasonable price. Our renovation was delayed and they were happy to store the goods for over a year!
We had an issue with one product not working after a month and not only did they replace it, they upgraded it as our model was no longer available.
Customer service and after sales service was excellent and so much easier to deal with than some other companies I sourced products from.

We recently had Tinker Bell (Lisa) attend our daughter's 3rd birthday and it was such a great success. Managed to entertain both boys and girls from 2-7 years for an entire hour and giving the parents a nice break. Probably the cheapest fairy entertainer I found in my research and well worth the cost.

I would definitely recommend Dreamscape and they have many other entertainers/acts to suit any occasion.

I didn't know what good coffee was until I started having coffee at Di Bella not long after it opened. Whenever I am forced to have a coffee elsewhere it's just a disappointment and a waste of my 'one coffee a day'. Lovely, fun staff as well as great meals and delicious baked goods.

Who takes two hours to clean a kitchen? This guy did! I'd taken the day off work hoping to unpack the kitchenwares after he'd finished cleaning but the first draw I opened was full of dust so I had to ask "tell me what you have done?". Anyway, I told him to leave after another half hour and he called me back after I complained to the office (who were very helpful) and offered to come back. Hourly rates just don't work, huge wasted day and money.
