Had a bad experience here about a year ago, it was my first and definitely last time. I had two kids under 4 and felt the place was dirty, understaffed, poorly managed and the equipment was run down. There were older kids (aged 10+) that played rough in the toddler area and the staff either didn't see it or didn't care. They should have had a fenced off area for the toddler area so that the older kids can't terrorise the little ones with them crashing around on the equipment or throwing balls at high speed.

It was such a bad experience that I couldn't wait to leave.

A family friendly place with plenty of seating (upstairs smorgasbord area) and smorgasbord is value for money if you like a your meat and carbs. Menu variety doesn't change much, but some people like and it's got a good selection for kids and adults alike. It's no fine dining but you can expect it to be clean and go home with a full stomach.

The bread here is always fresh, soft and fluffy. We normally get 4 loaves/week costing $9. After freezing the bread comes up like it was baked on the day.... which is more than what I can say about supermarket bakery bread.

Decor at the bakery is a bit dated (faded signage, shelving, etc) and there isn't much fancy variety like the new generation of bakeries..... BUT the service, price and quality of baked goods make up for it. At the end of the day, I'm only after good quality bread which doesn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Approximate cost: $2.5/ loaf or $4.5 for 2

Gabriela provides a very personalised service. She is approachable, attentive and genuinely cares and listens to your needs. She makes detailed analysis of your skins condition and recommends treatment based on your needs. Her room has a very relaxing ambience where you won't hear interrupting phone calls or other noises.
Gabriela carries high quality products which are Australian made and very well priced.
Although she has moved several times since I started facials with her 2-3 years ago I'm happy to follow her as it's not easy to find a beautician which ticks all the boxes!!

Went to this restaurant expecting a lot due to all the reviews on WOMO but was a little disappointed. The service was good, food was ok but not fantastic and nothing to write home about. We didn't find the food that authentic.
They were accommodating and family friendly as (unlike a lot of Asian restaurants) seating was spacious.
Although they do put effort into service and was very forthcoming in recommending dishes, but we would not go back because food was just ok.

Went to the Pirates Cove pool with our 3 and 5 year old during the school holidays. They had so much fun there were tears when we had to leave. The kids pool area is very well designed and there are a lot of valves, and sprinklers to experiment with that kept the experience interesting.

There is also a massive (adult) slide but we didn't get a chance to go on it.
It's a bit disappointing there aren't an private family rooms with adjoining showers, just an open shower and a few cubical for families to use. Also at the time we were there the 'family showers' had no running hot water.
The cafe can be access via the pool area so if you want to take a break or have a snack you don't need to exit and go to the foyer section.
Pool entry was on the expensive side but worth it.

Approximate cost: $25 (family)

I was looking for a local cafe which served good quality food, was family (pram) friendly, conveniently located, quiet enough for a chat, clean and where the staff were not pretentious or too busy checking themselves in any reflection available. Bingo!
We've been to this fantastic little place three times already and the coffee was top-notch every time. Yum, can definitely recommend!!

We had a table of 13 and booked last minute due to the other restaurant we were going to cancelled on us. The food was yum and restaurant decor was comfortable. Staff was attentive but not overbearing, the place was clean and food was authentic good quality. They even gave us complimentary roti due to one of the dishes we ordered was a bit slow (or forgotten).
A great local place that we'll be visiting again.

Fantastic! Joe's service and work ethic could not be faulted. He was efficient, courteous, on time and value for money. Even after he fitted our kitchen he was very responsive to some of my queries and went out of his way to do our job as we live far south-east.

Such a great and friendly childcare centre. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the way this centre is run. The staff are experienced, patient, caring and try their best to accommodate for the needs our children.
We have been using this centre for 18 months (since my children were 1yr and 2.5yrs) and have no complaints regarding the quality of care. Our children are very happy to go and at times do not want to leave.
The only thing is, the kinder teacher is not very experienced, I find the program is not too stimulating on the academic level.
