My daughter and bridal party were measured and fitted to order grey pinstripe suits for groom and groomsmen. On collection, not only were the suits the wrong colour they were wrongly sized and badly altered including sleeves that were 3/4 length on the grooms suit jacket and uneven not only in the sleeves but all around the jacket. Pants on all the suits were the wrong sizes and really badly altered. Too short, too big and none of the suits were pressed.
It was devastating for everybody. A refund was eventually offered but the bond was kept and that should not have happened with such a mess up being made especially when the manager herself admitted that it was terrible mess.

Recently purchased a Astone Media Gear MP-310DT 1080p Media Player Dual DVB-T HDMI/ H.264/ MKV/ RMVB/ VC-1/ LAN/ DTS and I am more than happy with it so far. I have yet to set up the Optional WiFi section but the rest was quite easy to set up and understand. Service was excellent and processed quickly. I chose to pick up our item as I was in Sydney at the time although postage wasn't very expensive. I would highly recommend I-Tech to my family and friends.

The ice cream, gelato, sorbet and chocolate are expensive but well worth it. I have yet to try the meals but have heard they are very good. Coffee is excellent as are the home made chocolates, ice cream, gelato and sorbet. The Licorice (Liquorice) Ice Cream is to die for.

Customer service is a joke. No follow up phone calls after applying to trade up and buy a new car. Last we heard they were struggling to reach 'wholesale' price for our 4 year old car when 3 months earlier they were offering us book price. There is a huge difference between wholesale and book value. I will not even give them a service on our current vehicle again after this poor service.

The guys at Platypus Pet Shop go out of their way to ensure they provide the best pets for everybody. They match the pets to the families and guarantee everything. Their pets are all fantastic and their range of products is increasing day by day. Well done guys. Love that you also do bird and other pet minding too. Eden & Pambula Vet Clinic have provided excellent service to our dog and other pets we know of. All vet services are expensive but Eden & Pambula Vet Clinic provide good value for their services provided and are exceptional at their jobs.
I've been to other vets in the area but always end up back at Eden & Pambula Vet Clinic because they don't over service like other local vet clinics in the shire.

Deals Direct is my first port of call if I need to buy something I can't get in our local area. They have a huge range of products at great prices and their delivery is cheap and very fast.
I have no hesitation in recommending them. I've had a couple of instances where a product has needed to be returned. Deals Direct have the best returns ever. They send you a docket to print out to cover postage and the money or item is returned very quickly. Peace of mind always that if there is ever a problem it will be rectified quickly.

Spicy India is a new restaurant in Tura Beach and the food is great. It's comparable in price to the Chinese restaurant next door although the servings are smaller. The food is good. The staff are friendly and it's lovely to have some new choices in our area.

Living in a regional area gives us little choice in most products but TPG have continually provided reliable broadband to our area. Yes we get occasional outages like everybody but it's usually fixed quickly. Despite the service centre being off shore I've never had a problem understanding the sales or technical staff. If they lose contact with you while talking your through settings they quickly call back. I had been misinformed about an upgrade product but when I called I was quickly set on the right path and saved myself a further $25 in setup costs. The VOIP is the cheapest I've been able to find anywhere and it's also very reliable. Overall I'd recommend TPG and I hope that soon they will be able to bundle home phones in our area.
