How dare someone from this company knock on my door at a bad time of the evening, and try and con my husband into swtcihing companies, so he did lukcly there is a cooling off period which we then called to cancel the account that was opened under pressure. To then later recieve a bill off agl for electricity!!! they told us that we never cancelled the account and had to pay... even though we are with tru energy and got a bill off them too!!!
Listen to what the customer wants, and i dont think people should be door knocking at ungodly hours of the evening!

CHanging to tru energey gas and electricity was the best thing i have ever done, u always get a discount for paying on time and there bills are far prices. never had any problems with them, and customer service is fantastic. top work

How many times do u have to call someone to fix a problem... after spending hours on the phone to them, and after being without the net and telephone for 2 weeks, it finally got fixed... somehow my dad got a $100 voucher for his trouble to spend at a telstra store, and i never got anything... its about the customer always... take that into account Telstra!!!

I wasnt happy with the service i recieved there one day when i went to shop for a maternity bra, clearly u could tell i was prgenant not one sales person came up to me and asked if i needed help, i went into the fitting rooms and still know one helped me. i tried my bras on it wasnt what i wanted so i just walked out, noone even stopped me to see if i was after something else. i took my money else were

Went to fill up a gas bottle one weekend and got told by the attend that he couldnt fill it up as he was busy, even though he was sitting behind the counter reading a news paper and there was maybe 2 cars filling up with petrol, told me to come back in about 1hr to 2hrs!!! Pathetic! Went elsewhere for gas

This BP is great, the fact they offer the IGA shopping coupon is a bonus... prices are always cheap compared to other BPs, and i have a diesel car and the fact they have 2 pumps there is great. More would be even better as they are the first ones as u entre off both sides of the rd and most people that dont drive diesel cars park there to fill up so sometimes i have to park behind them to wait, i tend to get back looks as the servo is empty and they wonder why i park behind them.

This is a little best and less which i believe how fast sunbury is growing they should expand it and make it bigger. great quality and great prices good store, just needs to be bigger please

This has to be one of the best aldi stores, there is hardly any waiting time at the reg and everything thats in the catalouge is always on display no matter what day u go. top work

They have stuffed us around on many occasions with my previse car which we have now sold, took it for a service as we were going on a road trip and the thing broke down on us in warrnambool a long way from home!!!!
