For a little local supermarket this place packs a punch. It has never failed to provide that special item which I have forgotten for a recipe or just something for that special treat for the family. The vegetable and fruit produce is fresh and they stock my favourite Brisbane-made pasta! The family run business has such a vibrant, happy atmosphere that it is really a pleasure to "duck" in.

Smiling faces of the staff and fresh seafood - what more could you want when you don't want to cook? This shop has been operating for a long time and is a favourite in Kenmore. The staff are always happy and friendly. Great choice of seafood, either fresh or they cook your order for you.

Being our local cafe we frequently go to this one as an excuse to meet friends, have birthday celebrations and netball break-ups etc. The staff are fabulous, very accommodating when we take our tribe of children. The menu is varied and provides a good range of lunch foods. The setting is wonderful and there is room for the kids to play while we keep an eye on them from our table.

I have been going to the girls at On Top Hair Design for about 10 years now. I have NEVER been disappointed with the result. I have had style cuts, foils, etc. Lone and the staff are excellent, happy and vibrant people who know their stuff!!

A great, personal dog minding facility. It is in a bush atmosphere and the staff are extremely dedicated. The dog "pens" are very clean and cool in summer. These people provide a great service to cater for our dog whilst we are away. We are more than happy to leave her in their capable hands.

The iceblocks are great according to my children, they sell lots of things from iceblocks to Chicko Rolls. I am told they make very good fish and chips however we purchase ours from the Seafood Store next door to the snack bar. The hamburgers and hot food selection is great. Opening hours are very good.

We regularly take our Staffie to this vet to have her vaccinations, heartworm etc. The vet is in a free-standing house with plenty of car parking so it is easy to access with dogs. Their tick prevention program is great. The staff are experienced and positive and handle our energetic dog very well.

As this is our local produce store we use it all the time, having chickens and pets in our yard. We currently have 6 hens all of which we bought from Karalee Pets and Produce. They have a great range of pet supplies and cater for birds, fish, dogs, cats etc. They also have puppies, guinea pigs, ducks, hens, roosters, fish, mice and birds for sale. Very experienced staff if you have any questions that need answering.

We were planning to have a new outdoor room built so we needed a building certifier to get our plan approved through the Brisbane City Council. Our builder recommended this local certification group. The office staff were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. We had no idea, having never attempted a building project before. The certification ran smoothly and we had our project approved in good time.

My husband and I were child-free and wanted to treat ourselves to a meal. We decided the Tavern because we had been there in the past. We did not make a booking for a Saturday night. No trouble getting a seat. We had to ask to make our order. I had steak which was cooked too well for a medium. My husband was not very happy with his meal. His garlic prawn entree contained, from memory, four prawns!! The decor is getting daggy.
