Everything about this place was average. Average tasting, average staff, average prices. Absolutely nothing special at all about it. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great. It feels like it should be a really nice atmosphere but something about it is just lacking somehow. Also very pram UNfriendly.

We've been going here for ages and they have always been great. The chocolates have always been way overpriced but we went for lunch. I'm not sure if its new management or what but I'm not going back after the last time. It was 11am and we were informed that they had run out of half the things on the menu. So I asked for a toasted cheese snadwich. I was rudely informed that they do not make special orders as they no longer have kitchen facilities. FOR A CHEESE SANDWICH!!! I told her that was rubbish as they had done it for me before and if they'd run out of everything on the menu by 11am maybe they needed better planning or they should erase the items off their menu (its just a blackboard that stands in the shop). So she told me the town have a milk bar and a bakery and if I didn't like it I could go to one of those. It was disgusting service and I really hope if it is new managment that she goes out of business really really soon. Someone so needs to explain to her that CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS!!! You need to feed them what you say you can or go out of your way to solve the problem. Absolutely never going back now and telling everyone I know to avoid it too.

Beautiful food. Really great staff. We loved this place. Its tucked away in an arcade on the main street and we found it by accident. The food really was incredible. We were so impressed!

We walked over to Granite Island and decided to take the horse drawn tram back as the weather was starting to get a bit iffy and we were so glad we did. It was so relaxing after spending the whole morning walking. It is a little noisy but that really just ads to the atmosphere

A nice pub with a great buffet with salads and desserts. I shared a main meal with my mother and the staff were crazy paranoid about making sure only one of us went to the buffet. It ruined the meal a bit as they hovered the whole time we were there after we ordered and we weren't the slightest bit interested in sneaking a free buffet. The main meals were really nice and there was plenty of room to take the pram in.

We stayed in a cabin for four nights with three adults and a baby. The cabin was clean and functional. It really could have used a small couch or somewhere to sit beside the small table that only really had two chairs you could get to, or the double bed. If you were staying here with three kids there is no way you would all fit in. Its a nice location but you can't really go for walks around the park as my husband tried this and was almost bitten by a brown snake. It was nice enough and very basic but I've stayed in much nicer caravan park cabins for the same price.

Very nice food. Friendly helpful staff. They probably need a bit more room for a few more tables but Victor Harbour is such a nice spot that it would be great getting your food to takeaway and eating on the beach. Would definately go back.

This place has an awesome atmosphere! Its a pleasure to stop on the way between Melbourne and Adelaide. The staff are great and were happy to warm up the baby's bottle for me. The toilets need a bit of a refurb as they have a bit of an out house feel, and there is nowhere to change the baby but its still worth stopping.

We had a good day out here wasting a bit of time on the school holidays. It was fairly easy getting around with the pram. The cafe staff struggled quite a lot getting the right food to the right tables but they were great when I asked them to warm up the baby's bottle.
There isn't a huge range of animals and 'koala park' is misleading and they would be better to call it a kangaroo park but it was still worth going.

I don't have a huge appetite so it's great having all you can eat when you go back for seconds and thirds and fourths but I didn't quite get that far. The food itself was really nice, a couple of things were a bit cold but it all tasted great.
