I had a very flat Tyre, drove to the nearest this service station being the closest, Not knowing how to operate the air followed a customer inside the checkout. Only 2 of us waiting as customers while the lady finished reading whatever... The first customer then got served. My turn and I asked if she could tell me how to use the air hose as I never used it before. She told me to come back later.
I told her that my car was parked here and that I had a flat Tyre and couldn't drive it. She then pointed to an employee from the workshop who drove a car in front of the air hose and said that he would show me what to do.
I quickly ran over and asked him if he would be kind enough to show me how to use the air hose. He rudely turned to me and said "No I'm on a lunch break!"
I said, "But isn't that car parked at the air hose? I need to use it".
He turned back around, walked toward his parked car screwed up a piece of paper he was holding and flung it at the adjoining property wall in anger, jumped back into the car and moved it away from the air hose without a word then got out of the car and left, didn't even bother to pick up the litter he threw.
It wasn't difficult to use I worked it out myself, even though I can only hope I put the right amount of air in.
This is actually the second bad experience I have had a this petrol station and hopefully the last. If it hadn't been the closest I would not have gone there anyway.

Had to take a turn off into Grafton, found KFC had to park on street. Entered store then ordered within reasonable time. Had to wait a long time before receiving order. Drive through served first. Sat down at the cleanest table we could find. Garbage bins were over flowing and piled up next to bin.

Not everything is a bargain. Compare quality and value before you buy. Sometimes you can pick up a good deal in bulk and have it to for you. Not always the best cuts of meat are bargain priced.

I phoned for a special order and was told I had to come in store to place the order even though I am an account holder. In store I waited half hour only to be told the person responsible for orders was not there. Then no one could tell me what I was to pay for the product if I ordred it with my trade discount untill I bought it.

I booked in but had to wait an hour after I was told it would be finished then 200 km later the hose I had replaced fell off an caused me to replace the engine. They said I should have told them before 150km which is home and back and home again.

if you have a tooth ache don't let them tell you there is nothing wrong. insit on various xrays otherwise you may need to have it out when the hole is large enough to see.
