This is a new cafe and the decor is amazing. Shame about the food and prices. We ordered 2 chicken avo pides. They forgot the avo and we had to go back and ask. They were $12 each for something that was each half the size of your palm. What?!? You'd expect to pay $6-7 for the size. Plus one half of my pide only had one bite of chicken on it. Youd expect serving sizes and prices like that at the top of a ski resort where theres no other choice around. We were going to order coffees but were so disappointed we went across the road to maccas instead. Sorry, hope you can improve as we need cafes in the area but I wouldn't recommend at this stage.

We have stayed here twice and the food, accomodation, services, cleanliness, but most importantly the staff here are all brilliant!! One time we were really stuck in a pickle at the last minute with accomodation and arriving late, and they helped us out. The pool is great for kids. Will stay here everytime from now on on our drives between Sydney / Melbourne.

I was given two half hour vouchers for mothers day for a massage and facial. As they dont have many late night bookings, and I can only do late nights I split them up into two different sessions.

The first time I had to fill out a bit of paperwork, then get into the gown and was left for awhile sitting there with a cup of water until the lady returned. I chose the oil, and then she began. She only massaged for 22 minutes of the paid half an hour!!

2nd appointment I thought, ok, she must have taken the filling out forms part into my half hr appt. Quite rude I thought, but then at least I didnt have to fill them out again I thought. Oh no, they had 'lost' my information forms ( a week later???) and so I had to fill them out again. Could you believe it she also massaged for 22 minutes again.

Completely dissapointing, and sneaky to take inot your apppointment the time it takes you o fill out a form and cget undressed and choose your oil. Especailly if they dawdle back.

Would not recommend or go back and left feeling ripped off both times rather than relaxed.

I love Windmill, but don't go here if you are after a bargain or a sale! Everything is more expensive than what you can find it elsewhere. I guess they get away with it because they have the range all in one place. The price drags it down as I have alot of friends who want to go there, but when they hear the prices are turned off even bothering to drive there at all. If they were more competitive they would be a Melbourne institution for toys! Anything you can thik of will be here. I asked for help to find a toy and she directed me to something that was okay, but not quite what I was after so I browsed. A few minutes later she directed someone else to the exact same toy! Must have been a high mark up on that one lol!!! I agree with the previous comment not the happiest service as staff dont seem too enthusiastic about the toys. Worth a look.

We went for my husbands work Christmas party. There were about 20 of us. We ordered the kids steak for my son and it came back cooked medium! Who would serve their kid half raw steak. We sent it back and they redid it, but it was still pink ish.

My husband and I ordered steak as well for our mains. We asked for them well done. They came back red inside! We sent them back and asked for them well done again. They came back still red. We sent them back again! They came back still too pink for our liking but we just ate them anyway.

Someone else further down the table ordered steak and sent his back as it was too raw. They brought it back still too pink and so he just requested a different meal.

The waitresses were really lovely about it. But that is terrible. You think they'd spend some money on a decent chef after spending all that money on the interior and lovcation!

Very effective server management for businesses. Uses the citrix system that allows IT technicians to work remotely and repair any technical issues immediately.

We gave our 2 newborn kittens to this vet. They understood how upsetting it was to give them away, and then informed us they'd had all their shots and were then sold the next day and that one family had kids and one family was a single lady. They knew we were interested and also got our new kitten that we kept vaccinated and ready for us as well. Kind and caring.

Attempted to get road worthy cert there. The man that was buying my car was a mechanic and said that the issues being identified by pace were rubbish. Was going to charge us big dollars to replace visor holder clip, which is a $2 part from Repco.

It was the end of the season so things were a bit overgrown so we could just bash through the fields as the paths were not clearly marked out anymore. Was great fun as we could be immature lol! It was okay for adults though would be more fun if you had children with you as a tourist thing to do.
