I called Kevin at Gunghalin Glass about getting a dog flap cut into a double glazed window. When he came, however, and saw we had an existing panel insert we hadn't been able to secure properly, he came up with a simple but innovative way to fix it. He could have charged us close to $900 for doing what we asked, but instead charged just $95, for his own great idea! He was honest and really just wanted to do the best job he could. It was only a small job in the end that many tradesmen would have just failed to ever turn up and do, but not Kevin! Kevin is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is as honest as the day is long.
