Very friendly guys, happy to do an on-the-spot wheel change after i had a very flat tyre. I was on a tight budget but they included rotating tyres and balancing in the cost.
Turned a potentially stressful experience into a pleasant one!

Was trying to find a certain type of sneaker online (as dragging 2 toddlers around with mum trying on shoes is exhausting). There are so many dodgy online stores around, but this one is based in Australia, have a great selection, easy processing & payment options and were quick with postage. I also got a little treat sent with my shoes - a chockie bar!

Junglemania seems great for kids aged 4+, but was difficult with a 3yo & active 1yo - not enough to keep them happy, especially the 1yo, who climbed up the one plaything in the 0-2yo allocated area, and then had nothing else to do. Wouldn't have minded so much, except they charge for babies 9 months old, so you'd expect them to have a few things for the littlies. Staff were very friendly though, and older kids were having a good time.

Booked a car to be transported from Queensland to Melbourne and they lost my car.
Yes, a whole car.
Not only did it go missing, but I was the one who had to point out the error to them.
When I complained in writing, I received a response which deflected any blame, omitted to apologise (or even empathise with me!) and I still wasn't given an eta on when my car would be delivered.

TCT have a whole page on their website bragging about their customer service - well, this customer ain't impressed.

As others have said - long waits for orders, and the whiting I got today was SO rubbery I'm not sure it actually consisted of fish.
Just new to the area, so sussing out alternative fish 'n'chip option...

As a member of the ABA I was keen to support their store, so ordered a range of things over their website, but they were never delivered. Staff were very unsympathetic and very quick to blame Aust Post - even though there was a discrepancy in their dispatch email which may have pointed to an error at their end. They were also keen to point out that they recommend postal insurance for orders over $100 (although their website puts it at $200 and when I was ordering it didn't give me an option).
Also, Aust Post recommended they put in a compensation claim for the lost goods, as apparently Mothers Direct have proof of postage, but they have refused to help me by filling out the form - even though I've offered to provide it to them.
So don't expect too much in the way of service if things go wrong.

I had a hard time trying to find a particular piece of baby-feeding accessory (I had rung about 15 other pharmacies in the area) and this pharmacy went to extraordinary lengths to order the item in and let me know when it arrived.
Staff were very pleasant to deal with over the phone and went out of their way to help.

I got onto Crossing Hoppers via this website and Jim looked after us right from the start - gave practical advice on how to pack, what order to pack the house in, and he was so quick and organised with fitting everything into the truck. Also, a very quick journey from one house to the other - they said they stopped for lunch on the way, but must've gulped it down as they only arrived 5 minutes after we did. Can't recommend highly enough. (the $99 was for 2 men)

Grant is great - he's always prepared to try something new (which I like), and doesn't talk the usual nonsense of hairdressers.

Have tried a few online nappy stores, with various degrees of success. WeeWuns have a great choice of products on website and they were very prompt with posting my order out. Prices all seemed very reasonable and I was really happy with the service.
