Easy!! We didn't have to do anything. The girls were great and entertained the kids throughout the whole party. The kids had a ball!!
We are serial party factory attendees because it is quite simply one of the best party experiences ever. The kids always have a wonderful time. The staff are fantastic, and always helpful, professional and keen to make the party perfect for any child, or any age group. I can not rave highly about Lisa and her fantastic team, venue and parties. we will definitely be back. A well deserved winner of our community's best business. Simply the best.

What sort of parties do they organise at this place?
One of the few party host venues that you can turn up and not have to do anything. The staff are friendly and professional and keep the children engaged and entertained. My Daughters 11th Party was fantastic and everyone had a ball. Thank you

Charlie had the time of his life! He loved being the centre of attention and Lady Gaga was amazing at running the show! It was everything we expected and more!
We just celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday at The Party Factory and she had an absolute ball!! I think she will be talking about it for the rest of the year! The staff were absolutely fantastic with all the kids and I could not have been happier with the service they provided.

The Venue is a sensational setup, very well organised program with talented professional and friendly staff. The children were well informed of what the party had install for them and thoroughly enjoyed themselves in every aspect. We will definatley be highly recommending this venue to all our friends and could not thank the staff enough for such a tremendous effort and memorable birthday party for our daughter.She was over the moon and all her friends at school can"t stop talking about what a fantastic time they all had at her party. I am very satisfied with the pricing of the party package we received with a lovely memory of dvd included..

My two daughters had a joint birthday party and had a fantastic time. A great place for a party. The red carpet and photo session was fantastic, so nice to see all the children having so much fun. You should advertise more, not enough people in the area know about it.

My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time and loved The Party Factory. Thier only complaint was that it was too short (which in my mind is a compliment)!

Even if the parties went for 3 hours its still not long enough for the party guests as they want to stay all night and party if they could - maybe we should introduce sleep overs. Our Briana who celebrated her 11th birthday with you on Saturday night, had a fantastic time!! Staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them and they were enthusiastic, friendly and engaged all the children. The place was very clean and nice and cool with the fans and air-conditioning on during the whole night. The make up and walking the red carpet was amazing, our girl told us later that she felt like a real 'star'. Food was nice, hot and served out equally which was a nice touch. The adult platter was great and was ample for the 10 adults we had staying. The disco room was amazing and the lights, smoke machine and all the microphones available was a great touch. I was glad I paid extra to have longer time available, it was worth every penny. The CD given to us with all the photos is priceless! Thank you to you all at The Party Factory!! We are very happy customers and look forward to seeing you all again for sure! :)

First impressions was definitely 'wow'. The main 'downside' was that it was a very rushed sit & eat session. 12 year olds are very social & a lot of food was wasted - 5 minutes extra would have been better. Kids loved disco room & having so many microphones made it lots more fun (though disco room very hot). Hostesses were fun & enthusiastic & the fancy makeup was great. A bit expensive but I highly recommend for a special party. Drinks at the end of the session would have been a good idea especially since the room was so hot.

Hello and thanks so much for your review and also for your input. Its very important that we get feedback from our customers so we can make changes or look at our procedures on how we can "make it a better experience".
Its always difficult to gauge " how long" the kids need to eat - we normally allow 15 mins as they are busting to get into the Disco/Karaoke studio. As I have reviewed the timing,this was the case with your party and the guests were very excited to party :)
Its also difficult when we have a set time to run a party so timing is crucial. The more time that the kids spend eating the less time they have in the Disco room - so its a bit of a catch 22 - It may be an idea if we consult with the parents if they are happy for them to eat for a longer period and less time in disco rather than us giving them a set eating time. This will be reviewed and considered.
We do have air conditioning (2 units) in the studio but I am unsure as to why this wasn't turned on. Something I will address with my staff immediately.
After we clear the tables from food and cake time we leave a jug of water,cordial and cups on the white cabinet next to the water purifier fountain. That is left there for any guests that would like additional drinks after being in the disco room. Its next to where we have the complimentary tea and coffee for the adults. And of course for the adults to use also. Im not sure why that wasnt seen and I will also address this with my staff. So thankyou again for taking the time out to review our services and hoping that we have addressed all issues mentioned.
