Within 4 days of me ordering vacuum bags & a filter Online they were delivered to my door by Australia Post! This was during Australia Post's Christmas parcel delivery rush. They were the correct bags & filter.

You would not believe the odd things people said to me re replacement bags for my 20-yr-old Electrolux. The upshot seemed to be, “Lady, why not buy a newer model from us instead of chasing bags for your old one?” Oh, dear … But Kerry & co. from Vacuumspot were so helpful: she ID'd the bags from my part number, already knew the bags' measurements, and told me how to save on postage by mini-bulk buying. What a relief!

Found VacuumSpot on eBay searching for filter kits. Their prices were the best. Ordered 2 generic filter kits, which were shipped same day. Wow!!! Superquick service.
When they arrived, the HEPA cartridges were slightly bulged on the ends and needed filing down to fit in the machine. They then worked perfectly.
I mentioned this in feedback, just for information, not a complaint. Kerry replied almost immediately with a personal apology, and sent another 2 filter kits, free of charge, and with more apologies. Where else do you get service like that these days? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VACUUMSPOT.
